Called for a tow at 9:45pm, they said someone would arrive at 10:45 I waited until 11:30 then called back because a driver never came and no one texted or called me. I then was told the tow truck driver canceled and that they were searching for another driver then waited two more hours just to tell me no one can come out anymore …. Terrible service quality, I’ve been a member for 12 years Gold membership and they clearly don’t care about there customers … slept in my car that night and had to borrow someone’s phone to make a call the next day since my phone died after waiting 4-5 hours for nothing

Christine Breslin was very good and knew her stuff.

Been their customer for years but this Friday 6-11-2021 they didnt bother to answer their phone at all during a roadside emergency I had on a very rainy Friday night. They truly left me stranded this time. ThankGod I happened to get stranded in the same city I live in or I would have been S.O.L.

Was told by a travel employee that I had asked her to ckntoo many places and get prices for me. And that she already had a page full of notes and she was busy with other clients. I didnt know as a customer we were limited with the number of places we wanted to find outvabout. I had her only ck ck 3 locations at that time. Very unprofessional.

Bought their emergency service. The gentleman couldnt have been nicer. In addition to that service, the discount trips and more importantly the staff is knowledgeable about all things with regard to your next vacation!

The receptionist wasnt very friendly . They couldnt find us in the system and couldnt find our home town . We had to wait for service. The lady doing the paper work was nice .At home we get immediate service. I guess we are just use to our small town courtesy.

AAA provides great service. For the price, a membership is well worth the cost even if you only use the emergency road service every few years. I have had to get my car towed few times over the past several years. I never had to wait more than about half an hour for the service or tow truck to arrive.

AAA is awful. We call them to tow the car.. they say we will be there within the hour.. that was Friday..We call them Friday again and they tell us that they can’t have anyone come out due to the weather and other emergencies.. after letting us sit there for over an hour thinking they were coming.. call them Saturday.. same story no trucks are avail.. it’s now Sunday and my car is still sitting waiting to be picked up. I don’t think I will ever pay for AAA ever. they are unreliable and a waste of money.

27 year member. Used it once. Left my wife stranded. Then used aaa life ins. Mail lost my payment. When called they said pay ir by jan 8. Shocked when no notes of that conversation. Lady dropped ball n cancelled me instead. When i called aaa office to talk about what happened call dropped after 29 minutes on hold n no answer. Guess i wont b a 28 year member

Called for a paper map of AZ - NM. It was in stock and I picked it up same day, less than 5 minutes there.

Stopped in this location to check on getting a triple-A membership for my son. Main counter had a sign that directed me to another area due to renovations. Went to the other area, where I was greeted by a glare - literally just a glare; no hello, nothing else. When I explained why I was there, she directed me to the insurance department. Upon going to that department, I found that nobody was working the counter and that the skeleton crew that was on duty could care less about who was there in their waiting area, as they just ignored the people when they would pop out momentarily. An older gentleman, who was also waiting, said that he was there for the same reason as I, and that he had been waiting for almost 20 minutes already without anyone acknowledging his presence. Once I heard that, I realized this was just another company that doesnt care about customer service anymore. As I walked out, I noticed an employee sitting behind the main counter playing with her hair, doing nothing, while customers were waiting. AAA loses another customer...

Quick passport photo, excellent turnout

Always (almost) have the answers to my queries. Too bad the items sometimes advertised on the AAA website are not always available here.

Staff is awesome and will help with all requests for a trip.

I went there to get my sons passport photo taken. We waited in line for 20 minutes and they had only taken care of two people. We wound up leaving and going elsewhere to find out that AAA prices for passport photos are more expensive then just about anywhere else even for members who used to get this service for free.

Helpful place if you are AAA member and need to transfer the title of your car to a new owner. Allow some time though.

Took almost 2 hours just waiting to do a title transfer. 7 people standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. while 1 woman is overworked and overwhelmed. that woman needs a raise and the rest standing around should be let go.

Worst service, have been on hold for almost 1/2 hours on the phone. Customer service is very poor
