I wrote this on a survey months ago and the manager said he would contact me back, but never did..The person assisting me was extremely rude. I am a college student and I brought my car in for a routine inspection and emissions test, and I was told that I needed a bulb replaced for my license plate. I was told it would cost more than $30, and I said I needed to call my dad. At this point, I was told that if I did not have it done today, they would fail my inspection and I would have to bring it back again. I cannot afford a $30 pointless labor charge for a $1 bulb. The man actually told me well it will only cost us $1 for the bulb... because I said my dad wanted me to walk down to the nearest auto store and purchase this bulb on my own. He told me that I would have to replace this bulb on my own to avoid the $30+ labor charge. My dad left his job, bought the bulb and replaced it himself in the auto body shop at Scott Mazda. They allowed my father and I to walk into their auto garage and actually install the bulb ourselves, which Im sure is a huge liability issue. I am so unhappy with every service experience I have had here and my family was just looking at purchasing two new vehicles from this dealer. Sadly, that is not the case anymore. Their service department continually lets them down.I hate to post this publicly, but I had no response from the manager.

For any concerns about a Mazda vehicle, Scott Mazda Service will be able to help. They are not a full body shop but they provide a wide range of services. For just a basic oil change, I would probably say save money by going elsewhere for a deal as the basic oil change is $40 at Scott.But for all other services, nowhere Ive been compares to Scott. After every service they have a rundown of checks and give you a detailed report of the performance of your car and what is good, okay, and bad. The technicians are very knowledgable and usually answer all questions themselves if not, they will find you an answer with their mechanics.Wait time if you arent dropping off the vehicle is not bad at all. I only experienced one long wait and that was due to a recall service that required extensive time anyways.

Very happy with their customer service. I just the mechanics and believe they are fair.

Had to have my CX5 battery replaced unexpectedly. Called ahead for service and they got me in the same day and out in 1 hour - with a clean car! Great service!

Just leased a car today was all done in less than 30 minutes. Zach, Todd and Kieth were extremely professional and delivered everything as promised. My mother in law loves her new 2018 Mazda 3 !!! Thanks guys !!

My car had a recall so I called last week and got an appointment the following Friday which was what I was looking for. They were up front with how long the service would take. I waited for my car the day of because they had wifi which allowed me to get work done. The car was ready before their estimated time and they had a full report on my car, including service that would or needed to be done. Best part of all was the car wash!!
