People were very professional and a friendly environment to go to. Please know what type of oil your car takes before going. I didnt and requested regular. After the oil change the man told me my car takes synthetic so I had to do a second oil change and have the right kind put in. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever. Very fast and kind.

Paid for a 10,000 mile oil change and after about 3,000 the low oil light came on and checking the dipstick it was low. Upon returning they were very understanding and topped it off, checked the tires for no additional charges.

They can be a little slow but they try to get you out as quick as possible

This would be the second car I took to jiffy lube (this specific location) and both cars started driving rough after. Did a battery change cause the said it was low and it wasnt! Turns out ground wire was worn down. My other car got a flush and literally 2 days later my transmission went! Wont ever go to this or another jeffy lube.

You walk in for an old change...i understand you have to upsell. but sometimes you have to understand...we just want an oil change and walked in because jiffy...means quick..not slick ^_^

Dude were professional but later after my oil change I kept smelling some odd burning of oil as I’m driving to pop the hood and my oil cap is missing.

I’m just a little scared of the price even tho the nice guy gave me a discount because I didn’t have enough on me for the oil change.Also don’t know if I should go back because when I turn my car on it makes this awful sound now after the oil change. They are price gouging charged me for oil even though I supplied my own oil would only give credit for me supplying my own filter highway robbery making a complaint to the better business bureau unscrupulous business practice

Fast and courteous.. But just to let you know... when you come in, they have this thing where they bring out your dirty air-filters and show them to you (for shock value) makes you spend more $$.. most places just tell you that they need to be changed if they need to be. Nice sales tactic though 😏

The only thing they did was the oil change the other service that comes with the oil change it wasnt . putting air in the tire checking the fluent I have to go back the second time . make sure you check before you leave

Today I went to get my car serviced for oil change and the employees that were there today working I believe ones name was Jose when was Michael I had an excellent experience theyre very knowledgeable they let me know that one of my filters needed to be replaced the price was reasonable so I ended up getting my oil changed and my filter replaced and all things to the gentlemens that work there they were fast but that their job well I would definitely return and I give this Jiffy Lube five stars I believe these workers deserve recognition

My car was taking in for an oil change an the cashier tried to tell me what oil my suv took. When I told him he was wrong because I refused his $78 oil change service, he got upset and walked away to tell the person who was working on my car. Now my suv is driving weird an making noise when I been having this for 3 years an Midas has been given doing the service on my car. And I showed my proof on the type of oil my suv takes! Now I have to take my car to get looked at to see what the issue is. I will never take it here again.

I went for an oil change told me my serpentine belt was cracking and splitting that I needed to replace I asked them to save the belt so that I can see how damaged it was when it was time to pay I asked for the belt they threw it in the dumpster then one of the mechanics proceeds to tell the guy not to apologize to me that it’s not there fault is this how we treat customers.

They went above and beyond even showing me how to check certain things and showed me the different fluids and when it fill.

134 dollars for a full synthetic oil changeAnd they wont tell you out front how much it is. That is and overprice oil changed when Walmart does a full services full synthetic oil change for 64 dollars and include others thinks even vacuum the inside of your car

These guys werent pushy and got me in and out of there just like they said in 15 minutes. Had to get make an hour and a half drive on time and they certainly made my life that much easier...sadly rush hour didnt. Thanks jiffy lube staff

I went to another jiffy lube for an oil change and they were backed up so i went to this location. their website says they are open until 6 but i got there at 5 and they said they were closed. and nobody was there. maybe you should update your website.

Ive been going to this location for 5 years. I saw it go through 3 under new management. I will never go back here again. $40 for oil and service, thats nice, but shouldnt it be half off if I brought my own oil and oil filter? I think so, but no its not. If u only want oil change but not the other services, youre still going to pay for that whether you like it or not. Im getting charged $40 just for an oil change. And I was there for about 2 hours.

They put the wrong oil filter on my car which failed and almost killed my motor
