My experience at Mattress Firm was very pleasant! Anthony was very polite and helpful in narrowing down our search for a new mattress. He really took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even entertained my one year old while I tried out different options. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and we’re looking forward to receiving our purchase!

We walked in knowing we wanted a mattress, but no idea what kind and Joe helped us through the process with ease! We ended up finding the perfect mattress that day. He was extremely knowledgable and we absolutely recommend him and this store!

The showroom was clean and I was greeted by a friendly sales person, Annette. Annette was very helpful and knowledgable about the mattress. I purchased a Purple mattress and adjusting frame. I am excited to receive my new bed and I didn’t have to wait delivery is set for 3 days after purchase.

We came in today to learn more about the Purple mattresses and see what other similar options existed. John took the time to listen to our needs and thoroughly explain choices that fit those needs. He was so easy to work with; very personable and clear! Mattress Firm is taking precautions to make the mattress buying experience safe due to Covid-19. I am so glad we went in person. We ultimately chose one of the Purple mattresses. This was our second time shopping at this mattress firm and would definitely go back again and look for John!

Went to airport mattress firm first and the great person working there pointed me to this store where John worked. I went and spoke with John. He was so helpful and friendly. Couldnt have had more friendly and helpful people at the two stores. All worked out great for me.

We shopped here before and decided to comeback to Mattress Firm. Frist off they at least have several mattress to try, not like some of the stores, you also get more one on one personnel care. Very comfortable with the person we had at your store . Very HELPFULL means a lot to a customer.
