My wife and I made our first visit to the Trexlertown Mattress Firm since they took over the Sleepy’s store that had been in the same location. We had a great experience and were assisted by a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales person. We found everything we wanted and easily completely our purchase.

Had to order my item..doing that was easy & fast. Payment for the purchase was the same; easy & fast. Mattress Firm meets all my criteria for on-line purchasing...quick with no pain!

Buy a 5,000$ mattress and they want to charge you 150$ Delivery, what a joke, and then act like no one in the history of the company has ever asked to pick up the mattress themselves. Drove to the warehouse and the guy says people pick up all day long everyday, not cool. Nice people but much like buying a car, the price on the tag just goes up and up after you select it.

I came into the store yesterday afternoon on a tight budget and even tighter timeline and the employee who greeted me, Suzan, was super professional, efficient and friendly about accommodating me. I really appreciate her respectful approach to my time and definitely recommend this store to everyone! 👍👍

It was a very relax inviroment not pressure by anyone and was able to enjoy the experience of trying several mattresses so we can choose what was best for us...Shameka was very attentive and very well inform about the product in the store to help us make a better choice without feeling pressure to purchase just any mattress but help to choose what was best for us...We enjoyed talking with her and had a great time talking with her...thank you so much for your help we be back....

The girl who helped me was so wonderful and pleasant. She had me try quite a few mattresses and we slowly narrowed down till we found the one that seemed best suited to my needs. Time was not an issue at all, she did not try to rush me at all. Wonderful sales associate.

The salesperson was not pushy, but was quick to listen and find out our needs. She was informative and respected our budget. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. We laughed and felt comfortable the whole time and feel confident in our purchase.

Update - I am pleased to say Marcia called me and apologized for the confusion on the delivery which now a days means more then a monetary value.I will also add the bed is great and I have returned to sleeping through the night. Thank you for the recommendations and going above and beyond on your customer service.So far so good with the bed only a couple days though. My rating is low because I feel I was significantly misled on the delivery. $125 for 10 minutes worth of work. Being pretty handy I asked if I could pick up at the store and save the money was told I could not as they would not be able to help if it didn’t work when I got it home. It was all assembled when they brought it. They literally unpacked it and that was it.

First time buying a bed in years and they made it quite easy considering that my husband and I have different back issues. I was pleased with their knowledge

The staff was helpful, in particular Phil. The prices were competitive. Covid precautions were followed. What I didn’t appreciate was the post-payment clarity regarding the 10% restocking fee plus $99 charge that goes along with the 120 sleep trial. This. Hold cause me to reconsider recommending the brand, and combined with them using subcontractors to deliver and set up, have me more than a little wary about the next few days and years. You should reconsider these practices.

Very helpful over the phone and in store. Marcia was especially very great and same with Jon in the store. Wonderful people and I can’t wait to go back and buy stuff.

This was my first experience shopping for a mattress and I was definitely overwhelmed going into it, but Phil was so helpful and made it a very pleasant experience! As soon as I walked in he immediately explained the super simple color coded system that helped me to pinpoint exactly which type of mattress I prefer. As I walked through the store, Phil pointed out which mattresses would be best for me based off of personal preferences, not just the price tag. It was very refreshing to have a sales experience that was about me personally and not just the sales team selling the most expensive product. All of my questions were answered in great detail and Phil made me feel very at ease about such a large purchase. Thank you Phil; I will be back in the future for sure when I need a new mattress!

Today, my wife, daughter, and I paid a visit to test and purchase a mattress. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. This was the first time for both my wife and I to test out a mattress to purchase, and the store associate, John Z, was extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable and helped us out tremendously with making the perfect choice, all while never being pushy at all in trying to make a sale. Before going there, my wife and I were most concerned about a salesperson being to pushy in just trying make a sale, and we experienced the complete opposite, which was great! We worked with Phil E. yesterday to get 2 queen mattresses and box springs. Going in to it, we really didn’t know much about mattresses since we knew what we wanted when we bought our master bedroom mattress 8 years ago. He was informative, helpful, and quick-and we left there very confident with our purchases!

First I will say John oBrian was super helpful and understanding of my kids running around the store after awhile of shopping. He was fantastic. However, the delivery was ridiculous. Was told 3pm and they kept pushing it back therefore I wasted my whole day not going anywhere and they didnt come to my.house till 10pm. I have a baby that has her crib in our bedroom so she couldnt go to sleep until the delivery came either. Miserable. Plus when they came they didnt have my sheet set that I purchased, now maybe its my fault for not looking but my receipt says the sheets wont be here for another month!!. So I had to go out and buy yet another set of sheets for the bed.

We were shopping for off campus bedding for my son and Alexandra helped us out tremendously. She got my son a great quality bed and frame for a comparable price to Costco. She doesn’t upsell the stuff you don’t want but will find EXACTLY what you want and need at the best price! I recommend getting your bed from Alexandra

They can change their name as often as they choose but its still the same old store... still with all the come-ons and hidden rules behind the purchase...be sure to ask about their so called comfort guarantees...with re-stocking fees, pickup fees, exchange fees, etc. There are no truly free trials to try their mattresses...shop elsewhere.
