Had a great experience here last week when I unexpectedly had a tire issue on the Northeast Extension. I called around to several places trying to find someone who had a replacement tire in stock. Highlands was recommended to me by another shop (Dans) right down the road. Highlands did not have the tire I needed available at the time I called, but given it was an emergency situation, the manager was kind enough to make a special trip to get one for me. As soon as my car limped in, it was immediately taken to the bay. I had a new tire and was on my way about 30 minutes later! Im very thankful they were able to fit me in and get me back on the road to my destination so quickly; not sure what I would have done without them! One note is that the sign outside says STTC rather than Highlands; my understanding is that its all the same place. Thanks so much to the Highlands/STTC team!

I came in there with a bad trailer tire and they jumped right on it. They have a great staff and they worked hard.

Horrible experience I arrived before 9am and I left there at 2 pm would highly advise against this place. Also never been to a place that took so long to charge me. Wasted my hole day here what a waste of time and money

Slightly overpriced and very slow. It took 1.5 hours to get two tires mounted and balanced even with an appointment. Maybe the fact that I moved here from Daytona Beach (the Birthplace of Racing) has left me with high expectations?..

Cannot say enough good things about Joe and his team. Got to a campsite on a spare having experienced a blowout on my camper. Called Highland’s, spoke to Joe and told him what I needed. Five hours later his repair person was here with two new tires and a new rim. One hour later work was done and we can enjoy the rest of our camping trip. I consider the cost very reasonable. Don’t hesitate to call these people.Thank You.

Fast, friendly service and the prices were fair. I had questions and the store manager took the time to answer all of them. very knowledgeable and the way I was treated will make me a customer for a long time. I will also recommend this store to all my friends.

I went to breakfast down the road from Highland and came out to a flat tire. They took care of my tire right away and explained how they patched it. Great service!

The service provided by the manager was awesome, they also have just done some renovation work and have a very nice waiting room. I went there to get some used tires Id just bought mounted and I got a very fair price of about $65 all told for 4 tires mounted and balanced. This pricing was much cheaper than any other shop Id called in the area to check prices on mount and balance.

Came in with flat tire, leaking valve stem. The staff from the owner to the mechanic were tremendously helpful and professional. I would like to personally thank them and will recommend them to all my friends and family. Super nice guys and extremely helpful. Thank you so much .

I called this establishment to set up an appointment for my wifes car to get a front end alignment and state inspection. My first phone call was on a Monday and I was told to call back on Thursday to schedule it for Friday. On Thursday nobody answered on Friday a guy answered and told me to bring the car the following Tues. I informed them that I would have to bring the car by after hours since I often work late. What they did not tell me, was there is NO DROPBOX! There was no mail slot or anywhere to deposit keys safely. I hid the keys on the vehicle and left. The next morning I called around 10am to notify them where i put the keys. The guy on the phone had no record of my appointment and told me that he just didnt think he would get to it that day. My wifes car then sat for another day finally getting finished weds afternoon. After it was complete I was told the bill was $150!$80 for a front end alignment and $70 for the inspection (numbers rounded) that is robbery!The unprofessional way these guys handled the whole situation, the lack of proper facilities to handle a dropped off car, not being able to meet their own schedule even a week later, their high prices and their junkyard of a shop all contribute to me giving them this abysmal 1 star rating. I would go lower if I could.Also no receipt was given and no alignment print out of manufacture specs and adjustments that were taken to correct alignment was received.

Highland tires is a good reputable place to get your truck tires!They sometimes get overwhelmingly busy but they will make things right!This was a bad review and they turned it into a good positive experience!

Our motor home got a flat tire on PA Turnpike this summer. We called around and got Highlands Tire to come and do the service. The guy replaced the tire, charging two hours of labor when it took about an hour. This was one of the dual wheels on the back. We get home, and I see the new tire is flat. Pressure is ZERO. The tire next to it is pumped to the max, 80 PSI. This was not the pressure I set, but here is the trick. This guy charged us for the new valve stem, while he tore the old one half way and left it in place. Later I found it to be the problem causing it to go flat. We are fortunate no accidents happen due to such poor service, but Id avoid this place at all costs.Mind you, the guy was all safety conscious, pushing people far away while he was doing the tire service, yet he failed to do it right. He failed to pull out the old valve stem and put a new one. If something would have happen on the road causing an accident, this would be an ideal case to exercise his two million dollar policy he was bragging about.Avoid this unprofessional joint, they are creating more hazard than good. Oh, he got paid over the phone before leaving his office, he wanted to have that part covered, so why bother doing a good job now? Right?Very bad!

This place is bad..... One truck in front 2 hours 1 flat, my truck changing tire total time 4 hours.... no one seems to care, no one at least to offer coffee while waiting..... 1 guy in shop responsible for all tires..... there is no other places around too bad ... only reason this place still open..... shame on you
