They are reasonable with their prices, I got a quote from another place and they where charging me an arm and a leg! Got my car in right away. The mechanic did my struts quick with no issues, and everyone was polite. My car is in good shape now thanks to these guys. Highly recommend this shop they never let me down and I’m a picky person when it comes to who works on my cars.

Quality of the work is great overall. Very fair prices, not to mention that the owner had some cool discounts going on. Customer service is off the charts good, friendly and helpful people. Overall a great please to get take care of your vehicle.

They service was fast and accurate. Did just what I needed but the prices are high. I only got my spark plugs changed far as a tune up and a oil change.. that cost me $234 alone then after all these added on issues and fees I left with a $290 bill! That was unfair when I paid $24 for the oil change then $221 for the tune up only changing my plugs.

A friend recommended me this place, I don’t regret coming. They were very nice and fast with their service and also affordable. 5 stars

August 13,2021 I arrived around 3 in the afternoon for an oil and filter change. With this I require that if there are cameras in the place please watch the videos of that day so that you can see the disaster that one of the workers of this Meineke made in one of my rims. My rims had just been painted the same day and this worker, taking the car out of the service bay, the front driver rim that had been painted a few hours ago he messed it up. Obviously the worker and the Manager (JAY) denied everything OF COURSE and were super nervous and even laughed in my face. I called the police because that is property damage and the police say it is a civil matter and I had to report it with my insurance so they can take the necessary measures and someone pay for the damage. Not to mention that they dont know how to drive my car and they didnt even reset the oil change light, I had to do it myself, I clearly have more professional ethics than they do. No matter how many times I have to communicate, someone has to pay the consequences and take responsibility for what happened. It has been the worst service I have obtained from oil change in history and I have already been with my vehicle for 3 years.

I had our PENNSYLVANIA STATE INSPECTION and EMISSIONS performed. Plus an oil change.I have CANCER and a walking disability and of course we have the VIRUS or PLAGUE. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. They did the work quickly and had me out of the garage VERY quickly. WE WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN. (I failed to mention that getting down physically to check the air pressure in our SUV is impossible for me now. The GREAT STAFF AT MEINEKE also checked the air pressure as well during the same appointment. THIS TOO WAS A HUGE HELP to my wife and I)

Yesterday I was driving with my fiance and my passenger side window motor failed. Leaving the window wide open. It was calling for rain this day. We asked how much it would cost to only have them put the window up for us since I couldnt afford to fix it at this time due to being unemployed and with disabilities. The manager had agreed that $30 would be a reasonable price. After they put the window up for me and told me what the problem was he told me not to worry about the cost. I was so blown away I gave him as much cash as I had left on me to give the mechanic as a tip. Thank you both for your service and it is more than appreciated. God Bless you.

Got my inspection done here at somebody else’s recommendation. My car is fairly new and they didn’t try to sell me any parts or services—the process seemed fair and I didn’t feel like I was getting swindled! Will return again.

Highly recommend! My check engine light came on in my 2003 Chrysler Minivan and it was diagnosed as a catalytic converter issue. Jay got my car in the next day, confirmed the issue and fixed it by 1pm that day! Service was great and price very fair. Will definitely be back if my car needs to be seen again.

Went in for a routine oil change. My brake light had gone on a couple days prior so I asked them to check that out too. Fluid checking is part of the oil change but, not only did they check the fluid, they found that my brake line was rusted and had a hole. I was given an estimate and even though they rock you on labor costs, the repair was done the same day. Thank goodness they were thorough or I could have been in real trouble.

I can go anywhere and get a quote.. Ive been getting work done here store 529 for a long time... I will never go there with there manager hes a cheat... Promise me work and never did this... He even said they have an alignment machine and there was none... Took my money then handed me the receipt..i was upset the front end cost me 1000 he laughed and hid in the shop...

Showed up without an appointment. 30 minutes later I had a new flex pipe installed on my car.

They have always done a good job at identifying problems and never suggested work that wasnt needed. That said, it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment or get in contact with them because they are so busy.

I called in the afternoon to check in, and when they realized their mistake they worked quickly and made my car a priority so that it would be completed before the end of the day. They were very friendly and treated me very well. I was walk in to get my oil changed and was desperate to get it done. They worked with me very well. The manager is a great guy and he has a great group of men Working for him. The only thing he does need, and it’s not his fault it’s someone to come and fix the problem with them being connected to the mobile app. He doesn’t get any of the appointments that are done through the mobile app. So corporate or whoever needs to get their act together.

Meineke was wonderful. They were recommended by another car shop that couldn’t do the welding we needed done to fix one part of the exhaust system, and so we were going to have to replace the whole thing. Meineke was able to save us some money through replacing only the broken piece and welding the system back together. They estimated about 2 hours for the work and only took about 1.5, and before undertaking the job really wanted to make sure that the exhaust system was the reason we were failing the emissions test so that we were not paying for unneeded fixes. A stand up shop with nice people!

Awesome service. Walked in without an appointment and within no time I had a new tailpipe, muffler, and hangers on my pickup truck. Great price too. And both the mechanic and front desk person were super nice and helpful. I love this place and would recommend.

This place is amazing! My BMW was about to break down and we were on a road trip from DC to PA for a wedding. I honestly didn’t think we were going to make it but Kahn came to the rescue, reset my car, assured me we weren’t going to mess up the car more by driving it and sent us on our way. He literally didn’t even make us wait 5 minutes since he knew it was urgent and we had to make it to the wedding.

I stopped in on a Saturday for an estimate, they had time to take care of the estimate and fix the issue for a reasonable price. They also took the time to show me a couple other things that needed attention, and said they could take care of them right away, they were not disappointed when I said I could take care of those things myself. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
