Had the absolute pleasure of having our kitchen renovation organized by Morris Black manager Mark Doman. Even with a full blown pandemic in full swing during our major project, everything went off without a hitch. I am so impressed with the quality of our new cabinets and extremely appreciative of all the sound advice Mark offered to us during these challenging times. Can’t wait to work with him again in the near future when we undertake our master bathroom renovation.

I was quite disappointed. The showroom was quite impressive however the kitchen “designer” aka salesman didn’t spend much time or effort creating an estimate to remodel our kitchen. Without seeing the kitchen or even asking how big the kitchen was came up with an astronomical number. They also charge a non refundable $500 just to get them come to the house for an on site estimate. He also rushed us out the door because it was his quitting time. Or maybe he thought we were “small potatoes “ and not worth the time. Who would want to work with these guys???

No customers were in and two people were in the back. I walked in, looked around for 5 minutes and nobody knew I was there so I left.

If your in the Poconos contact Ron. He is the best. We are still in the process of getting our contractor to do the electrical changes and such. But the kitchen cabinets will be by Morris Black and Ron will make sure the take down and replacement of my kitchen will be done the way I want and requested. Call this company!!

Still waiting for my order to be complete. Will give final review after installation.After 5 months of waiting on my order I can update on the review.I would not recommend to rely on the companys workmanship. Designer I worked with did not design anything at all. All design for the cabinets was made by me and my spouse. NO IDEAS from the designer at all.The communication during the waiting process of the cabinets making is broken, it does not work. They claim they e-mail you, but you never get an e-mail on the project updates.Installation process is a fiasco as well. The installer was banning on my new cabinets with the hammer to hide the packaging staples until I gave a look so he realized that he was doing something wrong.The cabinet hardware did not arrive on time with the cabinets. Have to wait on the hardware to arrive another week.The installer created mess with the saw dust inside of the cabinets and never cleaned them.the delivery truck leaks with some solvent and leaves oil spills on you driveway (keep an eye if you care about your freshly finished driveway).The final look of the cabinets looks ok and can pass the normal mark, but the designer made (or I would say did not think it through) a mistake that the opening where the dishwasher goes more accurately finish and has a consistent look.OVERALL: not a reliable company. Unpleasant experience and hardly going back to the company back for any project continuation.DO NOT RECOMMEND MORRIS BLACK.UPDATE a month later after official install: Dishwasher cabinet was not designed properly. Designer did not put a thought to fit the appliance properly. The project is not complete yet. Ugh, slow with Black Morris and no confidence that they are capable to complete anything at all. over 110 years on the market and still not doing their job right.Update 6 months later: I am still not happy with designers workmanship. Stay away from Lydia Bogle, she has nasty customer service skills.

Top notch organization

Long-established kitchen contractor, easily accessible from route 22 near the Lehigh Valley airport. They have many example kitchens in their showroom and their staff are very helpful. We were there to buy hardware for my sons Morris Black kitchen. He didnt get the hardware when the kitchen was installed because he wanted to live with the kitchen for a while before selecting hardware. They have a full line-up of kitchens from economy to VERY high-end. If youre in the market for a kitchen, they are one of the leading Kitchen designer/installers in the Lehigh Valley.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable designers. Great place to buy your KraftMaid or Quality Cabinetry.
