Definitely my go to place for all my home improvements. I dont know about everyone else but its like Im a kid in a candy store here. The employees are always willing to help out and answer any questions I have. Plus the tips I get from other customers is a great help.

We were looking for some type of glue stick pipes on wooden plank. It was almost towards end of day however, Kyle who works in paint dept happily helped us and showed us how to fix. Thanks Kyle B.

One of my favorite stores. Its my personal toys r us!!!! Always has what i need and the workers are always amazing. Pricing is a little on the high side for some items but, still affordable.

This store used to b great not sure y but lately its been like nobody wants to help you, or u just cant find anybody to help you and when u finally do they have no clue where anything is or just dont care enough to look or take the time to even try to help you they just pass you from person to person and nobody knows anything I used to like shopping here but lately Im starting to go elsewhere just because unless u know exactly what u need and where is at dont bother asking cause nobody knows its very sad and not a happy customer. Dont recommend it.

I went to Home Depot with a dried up can of paint from the previous homeowners; they had removed the shelf from the laundry room and left the wall with a tiny patch-up job. I got a half pint for just a couple dollars! Sherwin Williams only offered quarts for another touch up job I needed to do in the kitchen, and charged not much less than a whole gallon costs. I was very happy that the Home Depot could provide me with just what I needed for a great price.

Very busy place, but that is a good thing. A contractors go to place. I go there for basic cleaning supplies. Good store.

Went there to rent a tool on a Saturday night, in and out in 5 min. And the same for the return. The tool was in great shape and had no issues using it. The young ladies working that department were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about there department. Thank you Home Depot and associates.

Its hard to find an employee when yiu need one, but they seem to be everywhere when you dont. Quality control is lacking. 2 visits in a row items I purchased were missing pieces.... If you are a customer taking nozzles off spray cans and roller cover ends thinking youre screwing the big box store, think again. Sure in the long run you took something without paying... But the next customer (usually me) that comes along is really the one youre screwing. I shouldnt have to take the caps off primer to make sure the nozzle is there or open packages to check roller cover ends are in tact. I purchase these items and head to my job for the day. Only to have to turn around and go back to make an exchange, wasting time, gas, and losing money for time I could be working, so knock it off! And home depot, step up the QC on returns, if its being returned it shouldnt just go right back on the shelf!

Most employees don’t know much about home Improvement or where things are located in the store but LOVE THE STORE

Had an issue with the details of my flooring installation which I did everything online with the price quoting and payment. I assume it was people in Atlanta near their headquarters. Anyways I came into the store the next morning. The flooring workers werent in yet but another women helped me resolving the issue and correcting the order and refunding the difference. Dont remember her name but she had a 40 year employee pin on her apron so I assume one of the managers. She did an excellent job and was very cordial throughout the process. Been coming here for about 20 years and never had any issues and I like that theres tool rentals there.

Worst store ever! I purchased an LG dishwasher and paid for install and parts. They assured me that it would be delivered and installed on the same day. I was surprised and happy to hear how convenient that is. I called the home depot the day before to confirm delivery and they said everything is on schedule and yes it will a delivery and install. I was given a time frame of 4 hours. The delivery service showed up 2 hours earlier then expected and I work from home. I guess luckily and unfortunately. They came in to check out the work area and immediately said they could not install it due it having copper piping. I was not asked or told any of this by anyone at the store or by customer service. The delivery guys said they knew even before they got here they wouldnt be able to do it, because its common in the houses around our area. That means home depot knew this and deliberately forced the sale and service on hopes I would accept the delivery anyway. They said they could try and do it but wouldnt guarantee their work. No thank you! Im not turning needing a new dishwasher into a plumbing disaster. This store sucks and is run by liars and deceivers. Now I have to start over after weeks of waiting. I have not attempted to get my refund yet but I will update on whether or not its a problem and how long it takes. Unbelievable!Edit: I did get my refund, it took about 10 days.

Help ignores you people at cash register dont have a clue. Had to wait in line twice. The store is busy and there is a crew working on the ceiling blocking the busiest part of the store so managers are brain dead as well. But its only in Allentown. Go to any other stores besides these 2 and there is never a problem.

One of the better Home Depots. They had what we needed and we were able to get in and out quickly. The only negative is that the checkout lady had some serious body odor.

Not the best Home Depot I’ve been to but it’s the closest one and it usually has what I need. Some staff friendly some grumpy. I try to know what I’m looking for.

Brand new store. Competitive prices. Lots of pumps for gas so that you can get in and out. Lots of different food and snacks inside.

Clean. Friendly staff. Pro-Xtra is worth it as a business owner. Stock seems off in the garden chemical section though. Was in picking up some Wasp Spray, website claimed 46, there were zero...and no they were on display at the front or an end cap elsewhere.

Generally it’s pretty easy to find what I’m looking for. I use the online app to find what aisle and bay the item is in and can go straight to it.Finding help in the store takes some time if I’m in there on the weekends.

Usually has what Im looking for and well staffed most of the time. My only beef is they dont clearance their half dead plants.

Although a convenient area, the parking lot is terrible. The aisle are cluttered and not managed at all. Nothing was kept clean or fronted and numerous things we looked for werent tagged or priced on the shelves.

The very tall man at the paint desk is always very friendly and immensely helpful at picking out the right paint.

What can is say. It is Home Depot. Very much more helpful, friendly, and clean than the ones in north jersey where I moved from.

Best Home Depot in the area. This location can be very busy. Good pricing on outdoor items - plants, mowers, grills and more. Got a really good price on hard wood floors, which we installed ourselves. Kitchen counter pricing was a bit higher than other places in the area.

Staff was VERY helpful,this home Depot is one of the More cleaner and organized than macarthur road Allentown and Bethlehem as well. Only 1 thing to complain of was that the item I bought which had 2 separate locations in the store had no price on either location,but it aint hard to have someone scan it,so that was the only drawback. Kudos to the managers for keeping a clean store!!

Overall, I go here often enough that I cant really be negative about it. However, sometimes it feels like I barely have a choice. Staff is good, selection is good, prices are good. In case they didnt know, contractors dont own the store. These pseudo-alpha males certainly act like they do. Maybe they dont have a choice either, but I aint crying a river for them and their attitudes. Before you hire a contractor, hang out and see what theyre really like.

I went there for a return...there were only 2 people in front of me and it took forever at least 20 mins...by the time I left (mine was quick) there were 3 people waiting...got a 3 cause I never have an issue returning anything there...with or without the receipt

One of the most unorganized Home Depots there is, products are returned to the shelves are are missing parts or are the incorrect part completely. Go to the Souderton or Easton stores for better service and products that are correct.

The store staff (especially Marge at CS desk) redeemed what would have otherwise been a HD failure. I placed an online order and after 90 minutes with corporate call center I still could not resolve a shipment error (wrong fan model sent). Marge resolved in 15 minutes what corporate could not fix in 6X that much time.Have had several issues in the past with corporate CS issues (one fridge order fiasco where dented fridge was refused before it left the truck and no way for replacement for over a week). But, I have almost never had issue with in store purchase or ship to store orders.

Love shopping here. Between the garden center, and the Christmas items, one cant go wrong. Always enjoyed shopping with my dad and see all the home improvement, gadgets, gizmos, and tools.

I wouldnt recommend no one buying appliances from homedepot my delivery date was rescheduled 3 times and when I finally received the refrigerator it was broken...They ahve to refund me the money and still No refund...I will never buy from homedepot I recommend using another Store for Appliances..

This place is a joke. No one knows what they are doing. Always check your credit and see how many times you been changed for the same product. Always look after their work. They dont have good subs to do the carpet installation or other items.Always always take pictures of the promotions they are running because 9 times out of 10 they fail to apply or meet the.

Renovated my lower level as inlaw suite they had what was needed and the wait time was not soo bad but do not use their curbside they dont always get your check in notifications

Im glad to see it wasnt just me that had a problem. Placed an order for curbside pick up, then went to the designated area. No one was there but me, called as requested by email and as posted on the sign in the parking spot. No answer, so I double checked to make sure my order was ready and the number was correct. They both were, so I called again with no answer. I called the 1800 # head office to verify everything and she said it was correct, so she tried calling to get a hold of someone and couldnt. Her advice was either to keep calling or leave. You cant make this stuff up! Now, the reason I made it curbside was because my ankle was badly hurt. I needed a few items and didnt want to go through the hassle of walking about looking or standing on it for too long. So my choice is either call again, leave with nothing and go through the hassle of canceling and waiting for a refund, or go in. I called again and again and waited about 20 minutes before I decided to go in. Again, no answer and no one else there for curbside. I was expecting it to be super busy but it wasnt. There was only one guy in front of me for in store pick up and there where about 5 or 6 employees there. I was extremely upset at this point. I got my order and left in pain. I can see why no one else was there for curbside, evidently I was the last person to realize they could care less and wont accommodate you. If you are going to offer a service then provide it. If not, admit your failure and dont offer it!

Me and my dad went to buy siding for our garage. Nobody wanted to help us and they said nobody knew how to drive a forklift. The corner pieces they did have were all banged up. So we went to lowes and paid the 1000 dollars there. The people at lowes were more than willing to help I dont recommend this store at all. Not even worth the one star

I Ordered product for composite deck.Choose the color because it was the one currently available in the store.On the day of delivery surprise: no composite deck.When I called the store no one pick up.I had to go to the store and they told me it was not even scheduled yet.It took a month and half and 4 scheduled appointments to finally deliver my products.I lost 5 days of work no paid because of that.I understand they are under staff,but the minimum is to call the costumer and inform them.So at least they don t seat and wait for something that is not going to ship.

My entire trip to this store was horrible. I forgot my wallet the prior day so they saved my transaction, I went to pick it up the next day and they had put everything back. I then went to recollect the paint I needed and the employee working the paint counter was extremely rude and inconsiderate, saying they couldn’t mix the paint for me. It sounded more like they didn’t want to do their job. Will NOT be returning to this location.

This is a big Home Depot with a wide variety of items available. The staff were really friendly, saying hi to us whenever they saw us. At the end of our transaction, they said have a good day. Its the little things that make you want to go back and their pleasantness was really nice. Overall, great place to find what youre looking for!

I love coming to this store however they really need to get their act together when a contractor like myself places an order well in advance just to find out that when I arrive it is not ready. I have waited numerous times for orders I placed and spent anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour waiting for an order to be pulled. While they at times do their best, I dont think they realize how much time they have cost me when I had to wait for my orders. Then on top of it, they really need to step up their game with offering better discounts to Contractors, hence the reason, Ive already taken a majority of my business elsewhere and have not only received my orders on time when I arrive but even better discounts. Until they resolve this matter they will continue to lose loyal customers and business.

Wasnt bad. Showed up to pick up an order and they had the product assembled vs in box. I had to wait like 30 min for them to get that straightened out. But just walked around they have a lot of variety.

I love home depot. They always have what you need and their online application works very well and helps you find what you need in store. Always good sales. I have allot of husky tools as I prefer them over kobalt and many other brands, and I love milwaukee.

There are two Home Depot locations in our area, but this is the one we prefer! The employees are so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. If they dont have it in stock, they will order it on the spot for you. Very rarely did they have to order something Ive needed- everything always seems to be available. Even if you dont need anything specific, its a great place to just wander and get ideas (Ive never left without purchasing something!)

They never pick the phone up EVER. Im serious call right now and it will just ring and ring. I tried on different occasions and purposely went in store and made the call to customer service as I was waiting there. No one in line, and three people standing around, and they let the phone ring and completely ignored it. Horrivble employees at this location.

While in the lumbar section, I asked a sales associate if there were any carts available to move a large piece of melamine. He helpfully told me that the carts were all in the parking lot and went back to stocking the shelves. This young man was correct, all the carts were in fact in the parking lot, as you can see in the attached picture.

Its ok others folks try a little patience sometimes ok. Loading up contractors needs them areas due to there loading up materials but all in all its good stores to shop for itens building suppplies ...

Jasmine in the Appliance Department was the most helpful person I have encountered at Home Depot in many many years. Also Linda in the paint department was helpful, however the younger woman in the paint department was not very helpful at all! Not my favorite store thats for sure. Got a mix of really friendly and lazy employees

First time visiting this store location. Good access being close to the highway. Very organized, great selection, prices are competitive, staff very helpful. Self check out is great for a quick exit. This store and location is my primary home improvement place!

All HomeDepots are not the same. We are fortunate enough to have a few exceptional ones around us. This one has accessible people that know whats going on, and share their knowledge.

This location is much quieter than the MacArthur Road location which makes the shopping easier and finding customer service quicker. I had keys made on this trip and George hooked me up with the keys and directions to my other items. The restroom was clean and theres always ample parking at a Home Depot.

This Home Depot is ok. it is usually clean and organized. It is hard to find an employee when you need one, and if you find one, they are not knowledgeable. I just want to get in and out. Home Depot sells lots of products and some things are hard to find the way they are organized.

I dont know what happened to this place but its been a mess the last 3 times Ive been there. Cant get through the aisles, especially with a cart!
