Everytime i go i feel unwelcome. Nobody knows what consoles upcoming games are on. They try hard to avoid taking trade ins. They ignore you as you browse and dont say hello when you walk in. Boycott this one and go to the mall. It might be crowded and have less collectibles but at least they deserve to stay open...

I bought a BRAND NEW for $199.99 Nintendo Switch lite online for in store pick up. When I got home and opened it, it was obvious that the Nintendo switch lite wasn’t brand new. I called the store and talked to the manager and she said it was brand new, and she couldn’t do anything about it... if I would have wanted it used I would have chosen the used option for $179.99. My charger had a rubber band holding it, and no plastic bag. My husband got a brand new one from Best Buy so I can confirm that mine wasn’t brand new like it says. This is false advertisement. So if you ever go to this store make sure to open your “BRAND NEW” item in front of them to make sure they are new and NOT used like mine. Will definitely not be going back to Game Stop! And FYI THANKS FOR THE MARIO KART 8 DELUXE that was in the cartridge holder, so much for being BRAND NEW. I guess it makes up for the price difference.

Where is the play station 5.? I still can no buy it.

This location is terrible. I wasted 2 trips to pick up a game due to a mix-up with an email address on our order. only to have my wife bring her laptop to the store for a third time to show the order confirmation. Never again, I will buy on Amazon before I ever buy at this game stop again. no consideration whatsoever. I would give a zero star if possible

I asked if they had any wildcat bundle codes and they just said no and not even look in the back or nowhere and the worker gave me a little bit of attitude. 🙄

The guys working here know the gaming scene and are very helpful. Sometimes it gets a little busy and the checkout line is slow.

This store is great... The service i had was incredible especially on Christmas Eve.. The person who helped me his name was Israel (as it states on my receipt), He was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for when it came to the Pokemon Trading Cards... He was even nice enough to let me know that they had a great sale for what i was looking for... I even purchased 2 gift cards so my son and nephew can experience what i did as far as his knowledge of trading cards... Ill recommend anybody to go here... Thumbs up on customer service...

Best GameStop ever!

Got there around 6:30 on a Saturday night and they where closed. Web site and Google said they would be open till 8.

This place is great, always clean and organized. And as long as its not the guy, no one is down your throat trying to sell you things. The store manager is very personable and fair. Best game stop in the valley

Terrible phone and online service! Call and they dont pick up and when they do they are extremely unhelpful and rude.

I ordered a ps4 controller online and it says that it was delivered so I checked my mailbox and all around the outside of my house and it sadden me to see that the package isn’t there, I received that text yesterday. I’m going to keep an eye out today but it should have been either at my mailbox or around the outside of my house.

The game selection is pretty standard, and the pricing of both games and systems is pretty outrageous, especially for used games that have been on the market for a while. Staff also has that problem of not taking a female in the store as seriously as a male and has shunted me off for male customers more than once.

This I believe is one of the better games tops in lehigh Valley staff is pretty friendly my son normally knows what he wants and they have a great selection. Because its attached to other stores parking can be hectic but as long as you go out a good time morning to early afternoon parking is easy

This store was always my go to GameStop. They were always great until Yesterday. I went in to pickup my pre-order of Pokémon sword and shield, Once at the register I found out that my pre-order was entered incorrectly and I would not receive the double pack. The manager said there was nothing he could do and that the pre-order only came with a digital code as an extra. Not only did he flat out lie! (Pre-order came with said code, steel book, and a poster) but he was rude in the process. Being that this location is across from a Target I went into target picked up the double pack with no issue. Went back into GameStop and got my refund. I will never visit GameStop as long as they continue to operate. This experience was terrible and honestly the manager should be fired. They lost a long time customer, avid video game collector, that has spent thousands of dollars in their stores.

ThIs store as always been my go to for gamestop considering its the closest one to my house. The helps that they are friendly and always willing to help.

I am avid gamer and collector that frequents gamestops but frankly, This gamestop is garbage. Nothing about it is good. I picked a pre owned game up sara switched the boxes on me and gave me a generic box without the game art original box (the one i originally picked) refused to switch it back said and i quote it needs to go back up on the rack, im sorry me like a dummie put my head down still bought it and left. now i cant do squat about it. Sara knows little about games and systems just from what i overheard and shouldnt be working there. I recommend the gamestop on macarthur road. They know what there doing. Better off going there and get the service you deserved and the game BOX that you want.

I made my last trip I ever will make to this gamestop a few months ago. I was trading in my 3ds xl for the new 3ds xl while they were running an offer where you would get a higher trade credit. I wanted to purchase the new one before handing in my old one so I could transfer the data (I was doing it over WiFi so it was too long of a process to do in store.) I spoke with an employee named Carlos who told me that as long as I brought my receipt they would be able to do the trade in with the offer. Honestly, he seemed new and like he wasnt completely sure of himself (turns out hes one of the managers) but I made sure the next morning to call the store and ask if I could do what I had talked to Carlos about and was assured once again that it was possible. So I opened my new ds and did the transfer. I went back there and Carlos was there again. He then told me that I wouldve had to buy the new ds at the same time and trading in my old one to get the offer. I called another Gamestop and spoke to their manager who assured me that what I wanted to do was possible so I headed over to that one and he was able to resolve the problem Carlos had created. Thank you Jake from the Gamestop in the Lehigh Valley mall for helping me out. Will never return to the one in airport Plaza again thanks to Carlos.
