I consider myself quite the baked goods connoisseur, but this place still blew our taste buds away. The cream slices (I would fight a T-Rex for that recipe) are beyond divine, and the cookies were perfectly chunky. The store front isnt gorgeous or modern, but dont let that fool you. The staff are friendly and the foods are amazing! We went two days in a row,.....and are totally planning on a third before we head home. Trust me, you want to get some baked goods from here.

So my husband went here early morning for me because i have been craving fresh donuts and they closed yesterday evening, so the crack of dawn he was there for donuts, maybe 2 hours later he went back and bought whatever they had left. this is my first time and it was great it reminds me of the Easton bakery .

Gotta try their sticky buns! Yum!! Stopped here on way home. Great memory for my husband who when a young boy looked forward to his mom bringing sticky buns from here. Love the nostalgia of the sign!

I needed a birthday cake for the 4 of July. I couldnt make up my mind so I bought two different flavors! Both were delicious and everyone loved them. Egypt Star Bakery is a favorite snack stop while bike riding with friends!

I live in Seattle now, and had my parents bring me Egypt Star donuts when they last visited. Ive lived all over the country and havent found better donuts than Egypt Star. They cant be beat.Thats not to mention their amazing poppyseed rolls, melt-in-your-mouth nut rolls, and their fantastic birthday cakes.And their cupcakes.And their cookies.I would live in the Egypt Star bakery if they would let me.

Service is always excellent even when they have a full house. the service was very sociable and kind. this place has a nice atmosphere.

Ordered a custom cake, wanted it to look exactly like the cake from Harry Potter. I even gave the gentleman a photo, but when I got the cake, it was lumped at the top, the frosting was indented, and it looked literally nothing like the picture. This would have been fine for me, but it was for my moms birthday.

Love Egypt Star Bakery! As a child I would visit the Coplay store.....memories of the smell of the fresh baked bread (rye bread, of course), doughnuts (cream filled, the best hands down🍩).To this day, visit the Emmaus store, still the best breads, doughnuts, and defiantly the addition of some of the former Emmaus Bakery goodies. Definitely, miss the smell of the goodies being baked there. Has not been a deterrent for me!

Nicole was excellent! There was so much to choose from not to mention sale items. One of my favorite bakeries in the area. Their cakes cant be touched.

The eclair and donut couldve been better. To be honest the filling had no flavor at all. But the lady at the counter was slightly rude with an attitude. Rude voice tone towards me and the other customer who arrived before me. It seemed as she wanted no part of us. I wont be going back.

Best rye bread, end of sentence. Everything Ive gotten over the years has been excellent, but the rye bread is what gets me in the door.

A staple in our house! All my siblings keep the rye bread stocked and frozen because we live in New Jersey and Lancaster county. But we make regular trips to get the fresh creme filled doughnuts!! Thank you for giving my family such joyful reasons to gather around the table.

This is a real bakery. This is not a store that sells manufactured bakery-like products, but a place where bakers work. DO NOT buy donuts from here unless you want to be spoiled for all of the flabby, tasteless imitations from chain stores. These donuts are delicious and filled with love.

Horrible!!! I’ve requested a cake with specifics. I’ve wanted a (2) layer cake with very little frosting. Again, very clear in my cake order. Instead I receive a cake with frosting layer that was more than the cake itself. Cake also was lopsided, very sloppy on how it was made. Overall, very disappointing… not what I was expecting from a bake shop. This looks like something a lay person can do at home. NOT what a professional bake shop product. A mess.
