He was very thorough and took the time to sort through everything. There were more items that had value than we thought and we left with much more cash than we would have! So glad we drove the extra distance.

Alan is very friendly and easy to get along with. He is open and honest about his pricing and gave me the highest offer out of them all right up front. Always going there and only there. No need to compare because I know he is the best. Going to be a customer for life.

Im not one to hold onto jewelry if Im not going to wear it, so when I decided to unload I was not just going to give it away to someone either. After visiting a few places with my jewelry in tow with the hopes of seeing what the market would bear, I ultimately ended up selling at AD Gold Exchange and I will tell you precisely why.As a woman it can be downright intimidating walking into a gold/silver shop with the anticipation of getting a fair price. When I walked into AD Gold I was greeted by an employee named Alan who was polite and professional. Alan reviewed each of my items carefully and was transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to point out that I had 14k & 18k gold and grouped those items separately informing me that he would pay at differing rates because of those items having a higher gold content. Alan also took some of my items and used an X ray device to confirm purity and pointed out that 2 of my items were solid platinum which would be paid out at an even higher rate than my gold items! While I cant confirm that the other shops I visited were making these distinctions, I can tell you that those shops didnt make the effort to explain any of this to me and I certainly didnt see them use an X ray device, and need I say no one told me I had platinum items before I came to AD Gold either!Said and done the total that AD Gold quoted was $398 more than the highest quote elsewhere! I decided that I had come to the right place and chose to sell. Bottom line, heres a place that walked me through the entire process, provided me with explanations as to why they were paying what they were, used high-tech equipment to analyze and weigh my jewelry and when their offer was significantly higher than the next highest quote I knew I was dealing with a business that wasnt looking to take advantage of me or anyone else. Theres no question that if I sell anything in the future I will most certainly bring my business here and if you want the most money for your jewelry you should too!

My wife and I were very optimistic after reading the reviews so we went to this location 20 minutes before they close. We arrive we say “hello” the guy doesn’t respond back. We showed him a gold with diamond rocks jewelry set to evaluate. He had a really bad attitude and told us these rocks have no value and I will only estimate the weight of gold out of it. He quoted ~$420 with the worst attitude ever. We immediately went to another place at Lehigh Valley and was able to sell the set for $1300. I swear to God, we were not mad of the quote given but the sad, angry service we had. A message to the owner or whoever met us that day on AD Gold Exchange, always be professional with your customers regardless of how your day was bad. You have a great image and recommendations to your store, don’t lose that image. When we left the store we felt that we came in the wrong day, at the wrong time. Because the reviews show exactly the opposite of what we experienced.
