We cannot put into words how happy we were with our experience at Eric Lochs. After getting left high and dry by a chain jewelry store my fiance was adamant that we should try a local, family-owned jeweler for my engagement ring. Our plan was to visit a few stores before deciding on one, but the second we stepped into Eric Loch and met Halle we knew we were in the right place. My fiance is the kind of person who does a ton of research and puts an abundance of thought into something to make it perfect. Halle was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful through the whole process while still respecting my fiances input and ideas along the way. My husband and I go sporadically whenever we have jewelry needs. The folks at Eric J. Loch Jewelers have always treated us so very well, and we feel so welcome there. Today was no exception!! Meghan was so very sweet. My dad passed away in January and I had a few of his personal items that were in need of repair so I could pass them on to my sons. I went to Lochs and found the most perfect ring in the wrong color (white gold not yellow gold). Eric got it remade the way I wanted in a week, in time for the date I wanted to propose.Ive been returning several times a year for anniversaries, birthdays, Valentines Day, and Christmas for 12 years, and my wife and I have always been thrilled with their quality, selection, and especially the service. We met Eric Loch and his wife on a recent river cruise. One dinner conversation revolved around jewelry and we learned about the “Fire Polish” process for diamonds. Eric impressed us as honest and knowledgeable. When we returned home to California we got a Fire Polish quote from Eric for a diamond solitaire as well as a repair quote to replace a cracked gem stone in my college class ring and have it resized two sizes up. We could not be happier with the result on both pieces. The fire polish added amazing dazzle to the diamond and the class ring looks as good as new. The picture does not do the Fire Polish justice. The before/after is amazing. Even from 2700 miles away we will certainly do business with Eric Loch jewelers again.

Purchased my engagement ring here, came in knowing nothing (thank you Meghan for teaching me). Although I was just in need of watch batteries, I still recieved personalized attention and service. I learned that they offer two different programs that include watch batteries for 1 or 3 years, which is perfect for me. I am now wearing the watch I got for my birthday from my husband, thanks to their help. They also researched finding me a new band for a very special Seiko watch that I inherited from my mother. Unfortunately, a replacement band is no longer available but they offered me a few avenues that Ill persue eventually. Oh, and while I was there they even cleaned my wedding ring, which looks great. This is the best jewelry store in the Lehigh Valley. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, and the quality of the jewelry is fantastic. My husband and I have bought several pieces of jewelry here including my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands, all of which have held up extremely well. Even though we havent spent a huge amount of money here, every time we go into the store the sales people recognize us and treat us like highly valued customers. I would definitely recommend Eric J.
