I was looking for somewhere to go to get hearing aids. I am so impressed with Michels Hearing Aids. Everyone that I have spoken to in the office, is so helpful and pleasant! With our masks that need to be worn, my R hearing aid fell out and I could not locate it. I went for several months wearing only my L hearing aid. I explained what had happened to Chris at Michels office last week and I received a R hearing aid at minimal charge according to Michels sales agreement!! This is the place to go for hearing aids!!!!!!!

Chris and all the folks at Michels Hearing Aid Center have been wonderful. Always helpful and efficient, we appreciate the service and family atmosphere. The office is always professional. (The hearing aids are for my husband - I truly appreciate that he was treated kindly when learning that he really couldnt hear! LOL)

Chris is very professional and knowledgeable on services he provides. He is willing to go extra miles to answer my questions or pointed directions. I am very comfortable to discuss questions on hearing aids with him.

I came to them with existing hardware that was not working well; after extensive testing and patient programming they were able to get the most out of my devices. I received an advertisement in the mail for Michels Hearing Aid Center for a free hearing test. I was going to throw the ad out because I felt that they would tell me my hearing was bad weather it was or not, but my daughter talked me into going. Im glad I went. I never realized just how bad my hearing was. My experience with them was way beyond my expectations. I can hear so much better now. The staff there was, and still is, extremely helpful. I purchased hearing aids from them and they worked with me until I felt comfortable with them. If I have any questions, or problems they are happy to help me. They return my phone calls almost immediately. I dont have to wait for answers. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Michels.

I picked up my hearing aids last week at the Allentown office. Heather was very kind, warm, helpful and welcoming. She made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated her help with pairing my aids to my cell phone. Very accommodating. Shes a great addition to the Allentown office. Chris was also very helpful and very professional when I got my first set of hearing aids over two years ago. I have confidence in him and trust his judgement for my hearing needs. Thank you, Chris.

I’ve been going to Michels for several years and find them to be friendly, courteous and helpful! Linda always calls to remind me of an appointment or just to make sure everything is okay with my hearing aids. Chris makes sure the hearing aids are working properly and adjusts as needed, all done courtesy, every 6 months. My dual Audibel hearing aids, paired with my smartphone is the best investment I’ve ever made. I can now hear on the phone without issues.

I have had a great experience at Michels hearing aid center. I have met with Chris three times-once for the initial hearing evaluation, once to fit the new hearing aids and once for a follow-up to adjust the hearing aids. During each visit, he has been personable and professional. He takes the time to make sure the devices are fitted properly as well as fine tuning the sound quality. Being a first time hearing aid user, it was important to me to have someone that would take the time to make sure I get the most out of the hearing aids I purchased. Chris is to be commended for a job well done.

I came from a different hearing center, and Michels Hearing has been great. The service is what makes the difference. The service is always great. I get annual hearing tests and properly adjusted hearing devices. The products are state of the art and the office is too.

I have had my hearing aids for a month now. I got the type that is compatible with an app on my phone for I feel it is easier to go up or down with the volume that way rather than using the toggle switch although I could do it either way. I find Chris to be a great person who gives you the hearing test and explains everything to you about your hearing as well as your options. He is very honest, patient, friendly, and caring. He spends quality time with you and doesn’t rush with your appointments. You get a trial period of using the hearing aids and don’t pay for them until the trial time is up. The receptionist, Alice, is so friendly and welcoming. Chris gives you many follow up visits if you have questions. This office is top notch and I would recommend it to anyone who needs hearing aids.

My wife is 81 years old and does most of the driving. She has to be able to hear horns and sirens for are safety and others. We went to Chris Michels and he tested her ears and fitted her with a hearing aid she did have some kind of problem and he gave her a loner to use till it got corrected. Alice is great too ! she called as soon as the repaired one came in she is very nice, pleasant and knowledgeable about the business.
