When I first arrived at this Miricle Ear location I was amazed at how I was treated! I’m 89 years old and needed a new hearing aid and they realized my situation and made every attempt to give me an aid as soon as possible! But most important of all it was done with my feeling comfortable knowing they were there to help! It was all done efficiently and most of all pleasantly thank you girls!!!

Bringing my Mom here for a little while now. They seem to try accomodating to everyones needs. I hope they can continue giving my mother the service to fit her needs. When she moved to the Allentown area and was ready for new ones, she had been so pleased with the quality and service she got that she wanted Miracle Ear again, so I took her to the Allentown location, and weve been really pleased. Rose, the hearing professional, and Michelle, the receptionist, have been just wonderful. My mom is really happy with her new hearing aids and weve had excellent service at every visit!

I have been going to Miracle sinsce before 2009 when they used to be in White Sears store. I adore the staff that work there. The Michelle is fantastic.. I know her over12 years. They explain every detail to me. The last few years Rose has been so helpful and no ? is a problem. She has helped me search for what really works for my hearing problems. I previously wore the zounds brand hearing aids. I was not happy with them. I then switched to miracle ear. I have never been happier! The communication between rose and I is important to me. She does a great job! I love the whole staff at miracle ear!

I just moved from Long Island to Allentown. I was serviced on long Island with a company called Hearing Health. Of course not knowing about the hearing aid industry I trusted this person. I had some issues with the hearing aids and person .I moved to Allentown and realized that I needed to have someone take care of my hearing aids . I searched for a specialist and met up with Rose (hearing aid fitter) at Miracle ear . This is where I learned so much more about the hearing aids industry. I am so grateful that I met Rose.The lord works in mysterious ways. She has knowledge and patience along with Michelle who is her assistant. Together they make a team that comforts and helps me understand if I have any hearing loss issues . If you have any hearing loss, it is important to realize that if you have the right people helping you, they can bring back hearing with the correct hearing aids and guidance . I had taken Mom there for years. Her hearing aids stopped working. They are VERY EXPENSIVE. I told them that the charger wasnt acting properly and I could hear the hearing aids humming while charging. They should turn off. The technician said it was because the hearing aids had been turned up to louder. Thst was not true and I found the manual that confirmed that. We were finally given another charger and they worked again. The person who lied is still there as far as I know. They didnt apologize for this unprofessional conduct. This left us feeling very used. I took Mom to Focus hearing aids in Allentown. For a fraction of the price, she was fitted and said she hadnt heard that well for over five years.

This place is a joke. I had an appointment in early April, now its mid October and still no hearing aid. They say they didnt hear from my insurance company. I called my insurance company and they personally gave me 2 numbers for Miracle Ear to get in touch, and still no hearing aid
