I am using them for the very first time for a body repair however we have dealt with them in the past with a vehicle that someone hit us and totaled .. he was very very helpful with all of his knowledge and accidents and our rights which was something we were very unaware of Im actually looking forward to doing this business with him hes just an incredible person I will write another review after the repair is done on my car
