Everyone in this store is so absolutely amazing I try and come in as much as possible! Love talking to them about bath and body works! We all always share a story or 2 while in there! Every time I come in everyone is so nice and I never have a issue!

The employees here were all very helpful and friendly. The mall that the store is in is a sad site (not sure how long this can last). Please stand back from the shelving of candles on the right side of the store. The shelves are way overloaded and are going to fall down eventually. The metal brackets holding them up are not supposed to bend the way they are.

If you need a smell to distract you from your day to day life, this is where you go. I can sniff my way into all sorts of daydreams here.. from the beach, to the Mediterranean, or eating a cinnamon roll alone in the bathroom while my kids are looking for me, ( ..... that is what the cinnamon roll candle is for, no?) to lotions or candles for calming me down - it is all here. The staff is always so helpful, and will explain any coupons or questions!❤👍

The store and staff are superb! The mall itself however, is quite sad as almost every store has closed. I am glad that for now anyway, Bath and Body remains open. Its nice to be able to actually smell the fragrances before you purchase them.

I recently visited the alliance bath and body on December 2nd it was a big sale on 3 wick candles. I stood in line 25 minutes. I spent $113, 7 of it being on Christmas candles. I left after purchase granddaughter carried bag . When I got home 6 candles plus a body lotion missing must of been 2 bags. I called store and manager said might of been given to next in line since so crazy. I was told bring in receipt and they would give me 6 candles and lotion she was very polite on phone. Next day went in and was told they called district manager or their superior not sure and was told could not honor my receipt and and give my candles to me it was my responsibility to make sure I got all items. I explained how crazy it was in store and she just said sorry. The girls in store felt bad and told me to call customer service after a hour on hold customer service employee who was so nice about it said they would send me a $50 gift card but no candles at $8.95 would have to purchase at regular price which I think is 12.95 so standing in line for 25 minutes was a waste! I guess it is not customer first any longer. Please always check to see if have all your items especially at bath and body!!!

Staff is excellent! The selection isnt as great as the one at Belden, but thats understandable. The selection is still really great and quicker to get in an out than the Canton store

Love the store! The only store keeping the mall open. The staff is amazing and so helpful with the exception of one. I was there on candle day and the cashier Erica was soo rude! I was shocked to see this because everyone else is so nice. I understand they were busy, but she was rude to the customer infront of me, rude to me and rude to the person that called while she was checking me out. She even rolled her eyes at them. Just ridiculous really.

A lovely little aroma shop situated in the Carnation Mall. Very big, and with a wide variety of different products. The whole shop smells of scented candles and lotions, and its quite calming and lovely. Their products are fantastic too, they smell great and do exactly what they say on the tin.

I was shopping at a nearby store and stopped in when I saw that 3 wick candles were $10.00 off. Great selection of candles! The ladies working today were friendly and helpful

Sad, according to staff all the fall soaps were sold out in the first hour they were open. They should not advertise for a sale like that and not have enough product to sell. Gas is not free and they rarely run free shipping.
