Called to ask a simple question about my cadillac and a recall and you cant get anyone to give you an honest answer about anything. All they want is to talk you into bringing your vehicle in and charging you lots of moneu to even look at it.

Their service center is horrible. They misdiagnosed what was wrong with my car twice. I paid over $1000 to fix what they suggested was the problem but it didnt fix the issue at all. Then they wanted me to put another $1000 to TRY to fix it again. They just guess what they think is wrong and drain your wallet. I will NEVER do business here again
