I have not been a customer here since I moved from the area but they were amazing when I was a customer I moved out of the area was having a problem with a different Continental store and finally gave up and contacted the alma location I explained to them what was going on I dont know if Troy is still the manager but I did speak with Will and not only did he make sure my issue was resolved within one hour of being off the phone with him he made sure the other store was made aware of the issues I was having and then made contact back with me I may have to give my business to a different store as I am not in their district area anymore but they will forever be who I contact if I ever need a solution to a problem that is not being solved elsewhere.

We have bought a few items from Continental Home Center! The staff is great and so are the items. They do their best to work with you and if they dont have a specific item youre looking for, they can usually order it 💜

They are all so friendly and willing to help. I have never had a bad experience.

Employees are nice enough but provide poor customer service. They drop the ball and if the person you first spoke to isnt on site your need/concern will wait until they are. I came into the store twice in one day trying to get the application taken care of and they kept saying you need this I even talked to them over the phone a couple of times that day. the next morning I drop off everything they said that I needed the prior day and I call them and they say well we actually need this to sorry no one told you.And when they display their poor customer service and lack of professionalism by not being able to get qualified people approved they have a really nasty habit of repeating that the rules are in place to keep them renting to the wrong people again and again.(Thanks guys)I would just recommend going to Aarons! I was in and out delivery setup and got a better deal.

Horrible company, Ran me off the road to try to retrieve a ring that I was late on the payment for. 20 years ago, I was leaving my house and Mike from there saw me and starting chasing me reaching speeds of over a 100 mph. The reason I got up to that speed is because he was acting like he was going to hit my bumper. The van he was in was faster than my little truck, so he eventually ran me off the road. He threatened me in which I ended up giving the ring back. I was only 19 at the time and there wasnt ways to give reviews back then but if he did that now a days he would be charged with a felony for endangerment. Shame on this company for going through such extreme for putting somebodys life in danger over a $500 ring that they probably got for less than a $100.

My Wife, Miztie Espinola, and I, Hector, have rented twice from the from the Continental Rental Store, in Alma, MI. Cletus (Manager) and Troy (Assistant Manager) back in 2008 set us up with a nice living room set (couch recliner, over-sized recliner, coffee, table, and 2 end tables). Phenominal service during and after the sale.We now have a 60 LG HDTV form the same store. Its one sweet TV! Same thing, Outstanding service during and after the sale.Wed recommend the highly to anyone considering purchasing or leasing home furnishings.
