Had them come out to clean out the septic tank paid for tank cover removal over $300. In the process the Cover was cracked and broken so they told me I should get a new one for over 600 I said OK. They told me they’d be back in a couple weeks. After three weeks I called and they claim they didn’t know anything about it and I will get a phone call. I had that same conversation two more times and have not received a phone call back.So they left an open hole in my yard for over a month now and I still need to figure out how to get a cover on it.

Security has always done a good job for me and are cheaper than pretty much everyone else around. Always helpful, always friendly and very knowledgeable. There are some people that like to complain about the smallest of stupid things, but these guys always do good work for me, and have no complaints from me

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Had them come out to locate my septic cap and pump our septic. They told us it would cost $75 to locate our cap. Came out and spent about a half hour here. Poked at the ground a few times and smoked cigarettes the whole time. Wasnt any help at all. Also charged us double of what they said it would cost to find the cap and left. I WILL NOT CALL THEM AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM.

Appointment was easy to set and quick. Jeremy was on time and very helpful, Kim in the office gave me the best price in town. They even suggested money off next time for referring my neighbors to pump on the same date. Stellar company. Will do business again, thank you!

These guys were awesome. Came out and worked there butt off to find the septic tank. They found it dug up the lid, put in an access port and pumped it. Guys were friendly and knowledgable and answered all my questions. Failure was not an option for them, they were prepared for everything that came up. Thanks again.
