Didnt get their names, but the 2 girls at this Biggby Coffee were great. The greeted every customer with a big smile welcoming you to their store. They also engaged the customers in conversation. One of the best Biggbys I have been to.

My husband loves this place but I think its a little watered-down. I like to taste more espresso.

Always kind and on top of their job fast service and offers a reward program. They distribute coupons for the year. Love this place.

I am a tea drinker and do not like coffee. I dont know who decided to switch the tea, but Im not happy. My husband and daughter love the coffee, but we will not be stopping as much because of the tea selection. PLEASE go back to the previous tea selection.

Great coffee shop. Fast service. I recommend the “Wild Zebra” it’s not on the menu... but they know what it is. Get it iced or hot with an extra shot of espresso. Also I love the everything bagel.

Well, todays trip was soso. I ordered a pumpkin cheesecake latte. Perfect for fall and tastes perfect for fall!!!🍁🍂☕🎃Sip, Im very happy!!😊 My daughter, on the other hand, ordered a cotton candy freeze and got some cold coffee nasty tasting drink. Im pretty sure the guy that made it was being trained in, so I understand mistakes, but that drink tasted like 💩🤢

Great coffee place

Great openers and closers. They are really nice and I like my experience. Last night I went on to get a blueberry bliss and it was an item I loved with a passion. According to this morning I have gotten a coffee and I am enjoying the peace and tranquility that this place gives off. Very friendly employees and they are very helpful. There is a window seat where you can sit and see the whole down town area and its a perfect view. Nice little spot to enjoy your beverage. 💯💯💯

Very expensive coffee. Its the equivalant of drinking two deserts in one meal. Its very good and the food is good but be aware. And its consistent across the board. Its roughly 5 bucks a coffee. The ladies were sweet who worked the place! 5 stars for them

They are always so nice here! Theyve never gotten my order wrong either. If you dont know what you want they are also very helpful in their suggestions. Overall great place!

Not much good to say about this place. I came here on a Saturday evening and wanted a bagel, the barista said “oh sorry I shut the toaster off already.” It wasn’t even near closing time. That made me annoyed, and also if you want a tasteful drink I’d highly recommend not going here. Overpriced coffee water. Go to Steep and Brew! They ACTUALLY have good coffee and a drive thru!! 😄

Starbucks rules but if youre in Houghton, there isnt one, so this is your replacement. Make sure you turn into the driveway just AFTER the building it shares with Jimmy Johns. (This was Burger King once upon a time, Ill never forget that)

Went into Biggby for the first time today and was very unimpressed. There were 4 people working and when we arrived at the counter, the cashier ignored us and started doing something else. Afterwards, the charge for our coffee was more than advertised. The cashier told us they were going to change prices but hadnt changed the sign, and refused to honor the advertised price!! We asked to tell the manager and she seemed not to care. Do not waste your business here and support the local coffee shops instead!

They respected my time and made my order right quick. I always find myself leaving this store in a better mood than when I arrived, Im recognized as an individual at the store, and my beverage is consistently high-quality.

The pricing is egregious for what you get seriously who made this. And why the bagel, OH Im sorry bragel cream cheese always lukewarm and not cold. Smh my head

Got a chocolate mocha and it was absolutely amazing better than Starbucks and locals are so friendly.

Love their coffee and snacks! This is my go to place for speciality coffee. Their Frozen and iced speciality coffees arent watered down to the point that the flavor of the coffee is lost-a must in my book!

I love Biggby and have been to many across the state. Two things happened to cause me to give this one 3 stars instead of 5.1. I asked for whole milk in the chai tea, the server nodded his head, and then when we saw them use 2% they admitted they do not have whole milk. He only needed to tell us, so we could choose almond milk or something else.2. The lady making the lattes was banging the milk pot on the counter...tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Why? Never seen this in the many visits Ive made to a coffee shop!Despite these two minor things, the coffee was delicious and the servers warm and friendly.

The staff at this biggby are always cheerful and helpful. Ive never had a bad drink from here!
