Mark was very helpful and patient. I had problems with my battery. He recharged it. He tested again and all was good. I was ready to go. At the end, I did not need a battery, I needed an alternator. I got it fixed. I would recommend anybody who needs help with your car.

I got exceptional service talking to the cashier! He was able to correctly help me find the right fluids for the job and he was even kind enough to walk me to my vehicle with a provided disposable funnel to help me check my engine coolant!I have never received such good service but this wasnt on the first occasion. Prior to this visit a gentleman helped me redeem my rebate from AAP though I never received it.

The woman at this location. A Latina. Northern accent. She’s been at this location for a while. She is on point!! I would trust anything that comes out her mouth. Every part I’ve ordered and any advice she’s given on my car had been 1000% correct. Hands down. Been here multiple times to get things for basic car maintenance. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will usually check out the ad online before heading to the store. Im able to get in, get what i need and check out relatively quick. Busier on the weekends however, which isnt much of a surprise.

Different than I expected. The counter person was very helpful and professional. Actually helped with their loyalty program, which I had little interest in at the time. I called earlier and the guy sounded so overwhelmed with my question he just transferred me to the commercial counter who never picked up. I just called back twice and it just rang and rang. Too busy to answer the phone means you definitely cant handle the business my shop could throw your way. I guess this location makes enough money and dont need anymore.

Bobby did a great job replacing my car battery this morning, even cleaned off all the acid and corrosion on the leads and tie downs.

Had a superb experience at AAP off Hwy 9 in Alpharetta today. I had denim (dye transfer) staining on my tan leather seats. I went in, completely lost. The first guy helped me, a little. Then when I finally picked a product the other gentleman (Virgin Island accent?) had me go try a few different cleaners on my seats to see if they worked before I bought them. Turns out what I was going to buy didnt work! He was so kind and helpful and seemed to actually CARE. Would definitely recommend this store.

The manager there is a COMPLETE IDIOT, i had my battery under warranty and it kept going dead, he wouldnt exchange it because he said it was my car when it really wasnt. The people that work there honestly have no clue about car parts they cant find you any part other that the parts needed for a tune up! if your looking for good help ask for byron otherwise go to another advance auto parts store. And dont speak to the manager there, that IDIOT thinks hes right about everything.
