The most DISHONEST, grifting kiosk I Ave ever encountered.Bought a cell phone standing cover ($40+ price that was clearly overpriced). Two, three days later, the stand fell apart. I returned w/receipt & asked that be replaced.The employee clearly was not keen in accommodating me. Asked me to come back “in 30 minutes”. He had “no key to cabinet” he explained when I RETURNED. When I asked that he shows me something more “sturdy”, he replied that he had nothing else except one more that looked even more flimsy, worse than what I was returning. He had hundreds of cases displayed in cabinets but was unwilling to guide me.To make a long story short, he was RUDE, treated me with total disrespect.A merchant like this should not be allowed to conduct business at ANY mall.TERRIBLE SERVICE!STAY AWAY FROM THIS NORTH POINT MALL KIOSK, PLEASE.If I could have given ZERO stars, I would have.

My phone was water damage I tried big brand stores but nobody fixed my phone, this guy at North point wireless fixed my phone and I m very happy to see my phone working again. Highly recommend, experienced technician and friendly.

I was sooooo upset when my phone screen cracked but this guy was so helpful he fixed my phone in 15 minutes, great service 100% satisfied. Thanks

I was desperate when I came upon Northpoint wire, my son dropped my phone and my screen went completely black. The gentlemen who helped me was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about the iPhone product. In less than 15 minutes my phone was repaired and all contacts and messages were still stored in my phone! I highly recommend this place for all but our wireless needs!

Dont buy anything in that place. The products are of very poor quality and the service is the worst thing I have ever seen. I bought a screen protector film for my phone and the other day it took off completely. I went to complain and they didnt give me back the amount and gave me another bad quality protection film. The employees started arguing in front of us and one of them started shouting at us like we were idiots. A zero score would be too much for this place.

This store receives a respectable 1 star review from me simply because the way they treated me. When I said I did not want to fix my phone here they instantaneously repllied in a rude manner asking why I did not want to fix my phone. I got really frustrated and replied that it is over priced. The man charged 100 dollars for screen repair. The man was at least kind enough to reduce it to 55 dollars. I then gave him my phone to be fixed. Another person came and asked their phone to be fixed. The person charged him only 79 dollars for the screen being cracked which is the same as mine. This means that the owner just randomly places prices.

Way over priced and pushy to get you to purchase low quality items for high quality prices. If you must shop here just know that the 30 dollar phone cases they push will quickly drop to ten dollars with just a little push back. If they can drop the price that much the mark ups are clearly outrageous.

Terrible service, don’t waste your money. Bought a screen protector which they installed and it bubbled over in just a few days. They would not refund or replace. Very poor quality and bad customer service. Avoid.
