I came here to get a new phone and plan after years of putting up with Verizon. The man who helped me, I believe his name is Jamin, was super informative and I was able to get a great deal on a new phone and service. I had a pleasant experience and am very thankful for the fantastic customer service.

Yesterday, I got a SIM card notification on my phone around 5:30 in the afternoon. After trying the usual fixes (unsuccessfully), I panicked b/c I didnt have time to troubleshoot it the next day. I was at my mothers house so called the nearest T-Mobile on Northpoint Pkwy and spoke with the nicest man named Amos. He assured me he could help. I drove to the store, was greeted nicely, and about 5 minutes later my phone was functioning. Even though I dont live near this location, I would drive there the next time I need anything. Great customer service!

Sign says close at 6pm. At 5:04 the doors were locked. The girl inside was helping two customers and waived me on. Like, were closed...go away.
Employees here only want to make their commission, that or just have not been properly trained. My sister had purchased an iphone for me during Christmas time but told the employee working that I would be back to exchange the color in a couple of days, and if that was okay. The employee made it seem like it was no big deal and that there would be no issue, that definitely wasn’t the case. Once I arrived to exchange like my sister said I would, they told me the employee who “helped her out” wasn’t there and that I would need to go to HIS T-Mobile location across the street to get it exchanged because the promotion had ended and I would have to pay full price for the phone I wanted, which you would think as an honest employee you’d make sure your customer knows the situation BEFORE purchasing a $1000 phone, since that is basically a sales representative’s job, to help and educate the customer.The customer service I received here was okay at first, but then once they realized that they had messed up by saying something to a customer that apparently wasn’t “possible” they basically shoo’d me out of the store and pushed the problem somewhere else instead of taking responsibility of the issue one of their team members had caused. I then of course went to the location across the street to speak to Ray the original employee who had sold the iPhone to my sister, and he began telling me that the other location could actually help me and that they were just being lazy, he admitted to not knowing that what he had said was not possible since at sprint a phone exchange was “easy”. So after the merge employees were not properly trained nor updated on brand policies and he admitted. I then call the original T-Mobile store of course which is this one on North Point PKWY, to speak to Thomas the manager, I called multiple times and every time I was put on hold for 10 min with no response, so once I finally got a hold of Thomas I explained to him the situation, my sister was being called a liar, when his employee ray admitted to not knowing T-Mobile’s policies, i was treated terribly by his team and that they needed to fix the issue at hand. He then began to yell at me over the phone and explained how this whole situation was “my fault” because I refused to settle for the iPhone 64g when I had originally bought the 128g. He never even apologized for the way I was treated.It got to the point where I no longer wanted to associate myself with that store and had to call corporate T-Mobile. After 2 weeks of inconvenience and being screamed at by their “manager” I finally received a solution but ONLY by contacting corporate and involving a supervisor. Our family has a business account and has over 10 lines with T-Mobile and were treated so terrible we contemplated taking our business to a different carrier. Having a manager who keeps NO ONE accountable is sad, if he really cared about his job and his team he would’ve made sure they took this as a learning experience to never say things to a customer to just get the sale or to just get them out of the store. If you want to be treated with respect, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

The sales group there is top notch, not pushy and very informative. It was a great experience upgrading our phones.
The employee that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about TMobile products and service. Would have been 5 stars if I didnt have to wait so long to be helped. They should really hire more people.
OMG!!! If you want rude customer service then this is the place to be. I came here to beat the rush to upgrade my phone but the ladies just wanted to take their time. I asked one of the ladies the ladies the difference between the S20 and S20FE and she flat out told me that she is not a Samsung expert and that she is on the iphone side so she was trying to direct me to watch video on the phone. I politely told her you work for TMobile and you cant help me decide on a Samsung phone.... Long story short the most rudest staff you will ever find. No matter how your morning has been you are talking to a customer who wants to do business with you. So understand a customers frustration when they are on a crunch time and they need your help to make a decision.
Jonathan R. was amazing! He assisted my daughters and I with a content transfer and was so friendly and helpful! He was very patient and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He even bought me coffee after! Definitely would recommend!
Our family signed up for the “iPhone 11 Pro on us” promotion, and our bill reflected the promotion for only 1 of our 3 lines. Making this mistake is requiring us to deal with billing, who is trying to tell us that we are not eligible for the promotion, when the promotion wording clearly states that we are eligible. We *hope* it is resolved, but this never should have happened in the first place.
I had an accident with my phone. I brought in a friends old non-T Mobile phone and Adam helped me get it set up so I had something to use while my phone was out for repair. I would not have been able to do everything he did on my own. I was very grateful for the friendly, efficient service.

Donna and Adam are amazing. Their service and knowledge are a wonderful addition to this location. We went in late and shortly before closing. They made sure all our needs were taken care of and all our questions had answers. Ill come back to this location anytime theyre around!

Some of the nicest, most helpful staff Ive ever encountered. They walked me through how to file an insurance claim and even showed me some of the latest and how they compare. Very nice location.

Very poor service1. Made me wait for 20 mins.2. Person assisting me was on her phone the whole time.3. Once they set me up with the new connection, they didn’t even bother to check if the porting and connection is working . I had to wait till the next day to get the connection.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. The lady tried to over charge me for a phone. That was crazy. Luckily I have sense so i went to another store and purchased my phone. My recommendation is. If you want good quality service and you are in the Alpharetta area. Go to the north point mall tmobile store. She will go to hell for trying to trick me. God Bless Her.

Well i have been here a total of 30 mins and yet to even be acknowledged. Simply wanted to buy a case and not even a hello welcome to T-Mobile. John Legere talks about all these initiatives to bring in new customers but what about actual customer service to keep the ones you have?? Guess ill just go somewhere else... What a waste of time.

The following experience was from NorthPoint Mall Tmobile store on Tuesday noon 12/01/2015. Apologize for my mistake.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Just went in for a quick SIM card switch from MotoX 1st to Samsung s4(since motoX 1st generation had a smaller SIM card size.) The guy who worked there first greeted me with a smile and tried to help then everything went down hell. Yes, it was my bad that I should have double check and make sure my phone was unlocked to get the process going faster. For some reason first time he failed to switch the SIM card because he was under the impression the phone was not unlocked and I should have known better. Then out of nowhere, the guy lost my old Motox SIM card slot and tried to put the blame on me(nor did him try to apologize or replace another one but said good luck finding another unlocked phone.) I walked out confused and double checked with my friend(who btw was 100% sure the phone was absolutely unlocked). Without a proper working phone and feeling frustrated, I came back to the store and told the guy the phone was unlocked for sure. He raised his voice and started questioning my credibility and said he knew better because he used to work for Verizon. To prove me wrong, he went activating another SIM card just to show me the phone was not unlocked. GUESS WHAT SURPRISINGLY IT WORKED!!!! WHAT AN ODD. He then finally patiently tried again and finally got the SIM card I paid to make it work.This bad experience did not even have to happen if he tried the second time instead of giving me attitude and questioned me if the phone was unlocked at the first place.
