My fav store hands down. The associate with brown curly hair is always so helpful. Her knowledge on brandy Melville is insane. The workers are always so kind and willing to help. Can’t wait to come back.
Ordered a pair of shoes online from PacSun, not this specific store but still…..haven’t received them in over a month, contacted the store to ask for help but they can’t help with the shipping and handling…how convenient, so they direct you to customer service online which is sooooo frustrating to try and deal with, it’s like your talking to a robot and not helpful at all. Needless to say they resent a pair, which I still have not received and gave me a 15% online discount because I’m soooo eager to order online again, thanks but no thanks, get it together PacSun, I gave u my money….where’s my product?
If you are applying here, do not. You get paid $7.25 an hour plus tax cuts. The manager will make you do all the work in the store alone while she sits in the back. She will also make you get lunch for her during your shift and not allow you to bring your phone as you walk through the mall. She is not following covid protocols at all, plus wears a blue lives matter mask lol.
I came into this store on election day to try and find clothes for my friends birthday. we entered the store and began to find some cute items of clothing we were interested in buying, so we set off to find an employee to assist us in checking out. the only available employee in the store turned out to be wearing a very offensive and politically charged mask. me and my friends, and a few other customers were so disgusted we left the store without buying anything, and i have since filed a report. this is completely unacceptable, and my friends and i will not be giving our business to this company anymore.
When coming in to your location, I was expecting to enter a very upbeat and welcoming environment. Instead I was greeted by an employee wearing a very politically charged mask, which made the shopping experience very unpleasant. While I understand freedom of speech stands, it was still very awkward to be promoting this.
Terrible customer service experience. Upon entering into the store, i witnessed a lot of young adults (totally fine) working and singing instead of helping customers. The store was a mess, and when i inquired about the price of a product to the woman manger (dark hair/ long) she cut my off before i could finish speaking and asked me to raise my face mask because it was not completely covering my nose. You could tell her main focus was to reprimand me instead of trying to help. I was taking per caution, and i completely understand the safety aspect of wearing a mask. However, I found the way she cut me off mid sentence was extremely rude and entitled. I still made a purchase but i will not be back and wont be giving my business to rude entitled people. Change your management, and hire people that want to make your customers feel welcome instead of disrespected. DO BETTER PACSUN. Judging my all the other reviews, Im clearly not the only one who had terrible experience because of your customer service.
I received a $10 off coupon from Pacsun that stated we could use it online or in the store. No one in the store knew how to process the coupon, there was no bar code or code numbers, and they said it had to be done online, even though it clearly stated IN STORE. When I tried to use it online, there still is no code for me to use. Another sale lost. Since they were not helpful at all, I left without making a purchase, and will not be returning.
I’ve been a customer for over 6 years now and I honestly will stop going there. The store is runned by a bunch of little kids filled with attitude. They run the store like they deal with their parents. I love their jeans but I for sure will not put up with those kids anymore!
Manager is a clown who doesn’t know how to process returns. She tried for about 2 min before she gave up and said come back another day. Not cool
I feel really sad that I have to post this. I’ve worked in retail and customer experience for about five years. (Not long I know, but long enough to know how customers should be treated.)Anyway, I had never been in a PacSun and I don’t know how they regularly treat their customers. I had saved some things in my wishlist from the app and I was so excited to finally get to go to PacSun because I live in Birmingham, AL. I walked in and I saw a guy working there. He didn’t even make eye contact with me or my fiancé and was playing on his phone at the counter. “Maybe he’s had a bad day and he’s busy” I thought... but I looked around the store and I was shocked. It was a Monday and the store was TRASHED. I couldn’t tell what went where or where to find anything! I could tell he saw me looking through things confused but he offered no help and never spoke a word to me. I would have bought SO much more stuff if I had of had a little bit of help. The clothing itself is really nice! Like REALLY nice. I ended up purchasing a skirt and top by Jon Galt and a top by Lottie Moss that I’ve had my eye on. He rung us up in a timely manner but never spoke a word to us except for announcing the total. He seemed like he hated life. It was sad honestly. I was so disappointed in what I thought was going to be my new favorite store.
I witnessed an employee steal an article of clothing. She stuffed it in her bag. She was also using foul language and talking about a customer. I think her name is Paige? Stay clear of this store. Horrible people work here. Look at all the other comments.

I liked pacsun’s clothes and accessories, although the young, caucasian girl with the blonde super curly hair was extremely rude. As a customer I expect to walk in and feel welcomed as I am the one giving you all business. I was shopping for the BOGO t-shirt’s, and once I was at checkout somehow the tags got switched and she was quick to assume that I had done it. She made it very known that she thought it was me by the way she was talking to a coworker.
Walked in here for the first time and the workers here are mostly teenagers and they don’t care about their customers and it’s super uninviting. I was picking out a shirt and a worker told me to “move over” to take a picture.
Today was a typical RUDE day at PAC sun. Every time I come to this location the lil ugly, snobbish teeny boppers who work here are very rude and uninviting. They never acknowledge you. So I walk over to the shoes and ask one of the girls can she check for a certain size for me she says idk if we have that size turns her back and continues on about her business .. I then go up to her and say well would you please go and see she the says yeah give me a minute & turns around and finish doing her stocking so 5 minutes pass and she never goes to see. So I go over and ask the other employeee and she said omg idk if we have that size and wouldnt go and check because she didnt think they had it anyway. Its the same thing every time, I hate to say its a race thing but Im not quite sure since its always the same vibe every time BLACK People come here. I mean all money is green but I can spend my cash elsewhere.
Worst customer service ever. Don’t waste your time.
