I have been looking for an elliptical for several months. I have been to numberous sporting good stores as well as online. Fortunately I found fitness depot. We started our home gym this year and found exceptional products at good prices at The Fitness Depot of Alpharetta. But, the best part has been the customer service and support. Dan our first sales person was very knowledgeable of the various products functionality which helped us purchase our Stationary Bike. When the bike came in Todd assembled the bike, and then went well above the call of duty by assisting with the transportation of the bike.He then provided us a detailed overview of 5 or 6 rowers; never pressuring us to purchase the more expensive products and then personally ensured the product would be delivered before Thanksgiving by transporting the rower from their warehouse to the Alpharetta store for me to pick-up.

My wife and I dropped in looking for an elliptical. Todd was very helpful, and helped us find a high quality one that was compact enough to fit our space. They then were able to accommodate a very brief installation window.Thanks so much,we’re really enjoying the elliptical!

Todd is not there any more last week when i was there the person who has been there not at all helpful and price they quoted was 1300 more for home gym. Seems to be they are in desperation in this Pandemic. 3 years back i bought True treadmill and elliptical from same store. I found better equipment wit Premier in Roswell.

Dan is super knowledgeable and patient. He allowed us to browse around the store without feeling pressured to purchase something. He answered any and all questions we had and in the end, we ended up buying a new treadmill. We actually stopped in this past weekend and he remembered us! We will definitely be back to buy this mini home gym my husband has been eyeballing since our last visit. We went into this location looking for a rack system for our home. The sales person allowed us to look and was around and available to answer questions and offer suggestions without being pushy. LOVE my new Body Solid rack system and padding that were delivered and set up!!

I had made several stops, looking for a water rower, only to find the locations listed had stopped carrying them. I found the Fitness Depot location and phone number for the Alpharetta location and called to verify stocking levels. I was pleased to hear absolutely, we have them in stock and on display. My visit the next day was very easy and informative, with Dan even opening the Club version so I could compare the colors of wood. I left with a wealth of knowledge about the Water Rower products AND a Water Rower Club machine in my vehicle. It could not have been any easier.Over the past three weeks we have gone from 2 minute sessions to 15 minute sessions and 3600 meter distances. It really is a great piece of equipment that works you as hard as you want to work it.I highly recommend Fitness Depot and Dan Drees for a great place to do your fitness equipment research and purchases.
