Decided my running days are over. Started looking for an alternative and went to my nearest peloton store. Spoke to Angelica who was knowledgeable, friendly and just who I needed. Tried out and bought a peloton stationary bike. Took all of about 20 minutes. If you are thinking about trying out some equipment or have questions, I suggest going here and speaking to Angelica. She’ll make it easy for you.

Went to get new shoes for our bike that we’ve had for a couple of years. Didn’t know an appointment was necessary and the sales associated acted like she was doing a monumental favor to shop in the store and help us “since her prior customer had left early”. Didn’t engage with us. Asked us what size and that was it. Went about buying them but she didn’t let us know they don’t stock them in the store and would be shipping them to us . If she had informed us I would not have bought them. Overall, it was unengaging, poor customer service. Only go to the store if you need apparel or want to try out the equipment. Otherwise - huge waste of time.

Great customer service. We went to get fitted for our bike to make sure we were using proper settings.
