We were excited to order our Relax the Back chair. It took around 2 months to come in. The set up crew did a good job. I was not happy that one of the young men setting up had his pants down half way around his rear and was up and down and bending a lot to do his work. It was inappropriate!The chair sits much higher than the one in the store. My feet dont touch the ground when I sit down. I am 5-6. But once reclined it is fine. We are glad we purchased the chair. We use it all the time.

Chad McGriff, in the Alpharetta store was the sales person that ended up being one of the best I’ve ever meet -he was so interested in what I needed for a great office chair…he really listened & went out of his way to come up with solutions for me during the time I would have to wait for the chair. I am satisfied with the chair. The overall service/delivery was frustrating. I purchased the chair on a weekend. I was told the chair would be delivered the next week. Then I was told the delivery schedule was full so it would be the next week. Then it was I had to wait until another chair was delivered to the store since I bought the floor model. When it finally arrived there werent enough men to get it to the third floor and it would have to be rescheduled but at an additional cost to me of $250 (which I refused to pay). This in spite of my explicitly telling the sales person it had to go up three floors. When it finally arrived the phone holder was missing and I was told it was on order. To date it hasnt arrived and I cannot get a response to the email I sent asking who is responsible for ordering it and when is it expected. The chair was initially purchased in August. It is now November. I also had to specifically request the owners manual be sent.While I very much like the product I doubt that I will be back to Relax The Back again. The overall service was and still is unacceptable.Glen Havens

We did not end up purchasing anything, but the customer service was outstanding. Breanna Baskin was working with us. She was enthusiastic and genuinely acted like she cared about us and her other customers. After we left, she sent us a letter in the mail letting us know it was nice to meet us and she was there if we needed anything. She even sent an email a few weeks later to check in and give info about the chair I was interested in. I definitely recommend stopping by and adding it to your list of places to visit if youre in need of comfortable and ergonomic furniture.

My experience with the Relax the Back store in Alpharetta in October 2020 was fantastic. The team in the store as incredibly helpful and professional without ever being pushy. I have already recommended them to two friends looking for better work chairs and pillows.

Walked into the store in Alpharetta looking to purchase another massage chair. Needless to say, the salesman in the store was rude and offensive by his line of questioning, rather than being helpful and informative. Been in customer service long enough to know when the salesperson doesn’t actually want your business.

Great place to buy a chair if one suffers from back pain or just wants support or the back. I purchased the heat kit and am pleased with it. The people who assembled the chair where prompt and knew their stuff besides being very friendly. I recommend Relax the Back store.

I needed to buy a recliner/lift chair for my Mom (who had recently moved to an assisted living residence) and I needed to get it quickly! The salesperson at Relax The Back near North Point Mall was so helpful in identifying which model, size and price point were best for us. We decided on the Life Chair by Relax The Back and they even had Moms favorite color. She is using it and loving it every day.

Back in 2009 I bought a Relax the Back office chair for my desk, and its been amazing. Its the only chair I can sit in all day and not have back pain. A couple months ago I set up a home office, so I decided to get another Relax the Back chair (Im keeping the first one at my non-office desk). So I stopped in to the Alpharetta Relax the Back store. I ended up working with Michael, who gave me the best service I could have wished for.Michael was very helpful walking me through the current options on the office chair, and even got me a bit of a deal. That in itself wouldve been great, but Michael also helped me with my old chair. I mentioned I was having an issue with my old chair not rolling well, and Michael got me a set of replacement wheels, soft casters which worked much better than hard casters (I didnt even know there was a difference). Michael also helped me fix the lift on my old chair, and replaced it with a higher lift that made the chair go higher (I always wanted this but had no idea it was an option). Michael also arranged for the new chair to be delivered so I wouldnt have to put it in my car, and arranged for someone to come to my place and perform a fix on the old chair. And he was super-nice about everything with excellent communication.If youre at all considering buying anything from Relax the Back I highly recommend you visit Michael at the Alpharetta store!

Andre went the extra mile for us because I was using a third party payer. He helped us with the purchase of my lift chair, and my adjustable Tempurpedic bed. i didnt anticipate such rapid improvement from using the chair and mattress, My legs are improved, and I have to pry myself out of bed in the mornings, because I am so comfortable and rested. I wish my hubby could have experienced this mattress with me. He and I had searched for such blissful comfort but always came up with less. Relax the Back/Northpoint Mall offers an amazing combination of excellent customer service (including those who set up both chair and mattress) and quality products. Andre, Im asked what has made my improvement? Im happy to say NORTHPOINT RELAX THE BACK!

Andre was amazing! We came in looking for a new mattress bc our Nectar is terrible. Andre was very patient, friendly and answered all of our questions above and beyond! He really made us feel like family! Never pressured us to purchase and never tried to upsell us! Needless to say, we bought a tempurpedic mattress that fit our needs! I also have a bad shoulder and asked about pillows to help and of course they had some to help! We got to take one home to try for a couple of days and loved it! So my husband and I got two new pillows as well!! Amazing service! You wont be disappointed!

This store is excellent! In my experience the staff was very knowledgable and helped me make a decision regarding the work chair I was planning on purchasing.
