I really enjoy doing business at this location. The new owners are a joy to work with. Always doing extra to take of me. I encourage everyone to bring their business to this location. You will not regret it!!

OK, All I can say is DONT. Please DONT.Went there again, 10/29 foolishly thinking it would be better, now only worse. Different people from last time (review)Employees thinking they are doing you a favor and actually being there and being asked any question. Never again.Read my first line here.Friday afternoon, staff unfriendly made it like they were doing me a big favor.I asked for the manager or if someone else worked there who may be interested in helping me out. I was sending a $50 Package. I asked if they were associated with UPS, they just smirked. Poor staff.
Terrible owners. Looking for workers but put you on a string for two weeks without an answer. Bring you in for a full day of training then say no. Also don’t want to pay you for the day of training. If they treat their potential workers like that, the customers are treated worse. Go somewhere else with your packages.
I went to this store to notarize a document yesterday and they charged me almost double the price that other UPS stores charge. When I asked them why are you charging so much higher than other stores they responded very rude. There are many UPS stores in that area that I am sure will treat customers better and charge much lower prices for services such as notary and other services.
I hate that this is the nearest UPS store to my home. Once I went there and there was a young man, who didn’t even greet me, looked like he was about to fall asleep on the job by the way he spoke and dressed. He just acted extremely sluggish, like he didn’t want to be there. Another time, an employee was playing on his phone while I was standing at the desk in front of him, and I had to wait for him to finish whatever he was doing on his phone before he even attended to me. This past Tuesday I went there around 6:30pm, and they were already locking up and walking out. They are supposed to close at 7:00pm on weekdays. Poor customer service, extremely unprofessional!
Do not waste your time going here. They are very unprofessional, extremely careless and rude. I think they are new owners under new management, all they care is to make more money from you and rush you. Save yourself a peaceful day, go somewhere else.
The East Asian man who I believe is the owner or related is super rude for no reason at all. There are too many of these stores to think you wont end up out of business.

Arrived at 8:30 which is the time they were supposed to be opened and no one came until 8:45.. ridiculous!!!
Management is very attentive to resolving issues or discrepancies with deliveries.
The staff is very nice and my process was very fast. The Place is in a convenient place because you can also make a stop for lunch / dinner or buy some groceries
I have a box here for years. Customer service has always been top notch! Always very attentive!

Twice now we went to ship something on a Sunday afternoon and the store was closed well before the posted closing time.
Excellent service. I did not have great service before but I see new folks there so maybe the mgmt has changed. The guy working at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely go back there again.
Workers at this location are always so welcoming and kind. They WANT to help you. They always make conversation with me while taking care of my packages and I always enjoy my time spent here. Highly recommend- especially over the post office on webb bridge.
On 4/28 took a receiver to be shipped back to AT&T. Was told to leave relevant info with package & I would receive email presumably when shipment took place. I was given no receipt of any kind. Checked with them on 5/11 and was told everything in store had been packed on 5/10 & was ready to be shipped. It is now 5/21 & At&T has not received the package & I have no proof it was sent.
I dealt with a gentleman today, I had to get a very important document sent to a insurance company & was not sure if I went thru on my end, I found myself at the UPS store. WOW !! Not only was I greeted the second I walked in the door, Greg was AMAZING! Could not have been any nicer, he was so helpful & pleasant. I left there really happy to see someone care so much about a job. That simple.... I will go back & deal with Greg. What a breath of fresh air!!
The store hours indicated they were open until 5:00 on Saturdays. I arrived with a large package to just drop off at 4:50. The two employees had already shut down the system and were locking the door. Very frustrating. They are usually very dependable, but this experience was disappointing.
Worst customer service. No greeting. Have to be asked to be helped. No conversation and pushes a reciept in my face while saying nothing. They might all be high in there.

Mortal sin in retail is do not shut your doors early. Got there at 3:28 on a Sat and doors were locked (seriously, closing at 3:30 on Saturday?). Employees just staring at me trying to open door. Blah.
They will destroy any package you send at this location. The guy working the counter upfront all but tells you to get your package insured before you send it because they know how badly they’re going to handle it. I’ve sent several packages through ups and this particular location will break just about anything you send through them.
Great experience at this store thanks to Tamara! I had to return 4 separate Amazon purchases and she made sure it was scanned properly and even taped up my packages which Amazon tells you to do ahead of time. Incredible patience in dealing with me 😁. Very rare to find people with such exceptional attitudes and assertiveness !
Worst store Ive ever been to, not just shipping store, but out of any business. UPS could not pay me to do business at this location. I refuse to ever go back. Customer service here is dirt. Negative stars, if possible. UPS Corporate - please contact me about this because Id love to explain how terrible this location treats customers.
The services were great . I had the guy with the pretty eyes help me. Only problem was an older guy I believe to be his manager was kind of being rude to him while customers were there. The employee didnt say much he just continued to help me and I went about my way. Hopefully this comment helps the older man be a little nicer.

Before I moved here I was in the area looking at houses. To make the cross country move easier we decided to set up a virtual box at this UPS store (which came recommended by family because this store always sponsors our sports teams). It has been a great experience so far & the service is ALWAYS above and beyond (in fact I sometimes feel a tad bit pampered when I get a phone call and an email message telling me that a package has arrived...like my own private concierge.) I have never seen anything other than the best in customer service from every employee I encounter. Great job!
If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.This stores shipping price is vastly different than the UPS online quote (over 30% more). They are also trained to add an inch to each side of a box, not simply round up (11 is used on a 9.25 length instead of rounding to 10). Had another worker do another quote and instead of getting closer to the online quote (which I performed on my phone in front of them), it actually went higher than the first one they did. Go to Fedex (price was cheaper and within a few cents of their online quote).
I took USB stick drive to print 1 page on my paper (not even theirs). The guy charged me $1.66. When I said why so much when fedex only charges .13c a page. He said he will charge me .13c next time and so I said why not this time. He said no I will have to charge you this time. So I told him I know where to go next time to print (fedex). He did not care. Do not understand his policy. I would rather go to fedex store on state bridge as its nicer clean and equipments are always working.
Im so glad I live and work near this store. Everyone is friendly. Theres rarely a line and if there is it moves fast as theres always 2-3 counters going. I print, scan, fax, ship and pickup mail here. Shipping confirmation emails hit my phone before I make it to my car. Ive even bought birthday cards here. Quick, convenient, high-tech but with old-fashioned customer service.
I guess it takes 3 employees to work 1 register? Id understand better if there was only 1 employee working a time consuming customer, but when the manager (Im assuming) sits in his back office and another employee stands at the desk twiddling his thumbs saying he cant help because hes busy working, what else can you do? The line behind me continued to grow, only at the request of someone behind me asking if there was a notary on site the manager finally came out of his office. I waited almost 20 minutes for literally just a bar code scan of my pre-posted return box. Very poor customer service, and poor Shea had to work the line himself. Good thing there are several locations, I dont recommend this one.
This UPS Store is Fantastic! I have been a customer for over 6 years and their service has been stellar! They contact me immediately when I receive a delivery that is too large to fit in by box, help me carry them to my car each time and they immediately attend to my needs when I am in the store. This is one of the best run businesses in the area. I would highly recommend them.
Been a customer now for two plus years for my small business. Have never had an issue with this store. The staff are very friendly and helpful and are always asking about my business and show a real interest in how Im doing. Its a pleasure working with them. Just renewed my mailbox with them for another year too!
This store is a disaster! In December 2016, they lost my gift cards for my nephews, but the toy in the box arrived just fine. The gift cards were $25 each. I just got the claim check, dated 3/2217 today! 3 months for a claim! AND the amount of claim was incorrect. They gave me a check for $48.64. The gift cards UPS lost were worth $50 (2 for $25). AND after this store screwed up so badly I requested they pay the shipping in my original claim, which was @$23. Nope, not only did they not reimburse for the shipping charges, they cheated me out of claim money. I had to call and follow up on the claim and whereabouts of the check over 5 times. Worthless and incompetent employees who are lazy. My husband just took our AT&T receivers in to be shipped back and got the response AT&T is down-NEXT how terribly rude! He went to the next closest UPS store where he was told AT&T is down, but he would try it. Guess what, it went through. The State Bridge store needs to go the extra mile. They are terrible and my original thought on my nephews gift cards.....one of those employees had fun at Target.
I dropped Return package for Amazon twice but didn’t reach Amazon.
I went in to try and mail a package. The lady asked me “what are you mailing” and I responded with “oh just a package for a friend”. I understand that UPS cannot mail some items and I figured if I needed to be more specific she would let me know. Anyway after I said it was just a package a male employee yelled out “OH REALLY??? WOOOOOOWWWWWW”. He was being nosey, obnoxious, and downright rude. After that I left and he stared at me getting into my car until I drove off! It felt very invasive and I did not want to deal with that! I’m always polite to employees because I get how hard it can be. This guy was just so rude to me though, and it was absolutely unwarranted. Staring at me leaving the store and getting into my car...it was creepy. The women employees (he was the only guy) were very nice and polite. That guy should not leave his house if those are his mannerisms.
They charge $5 per notary instead of $2 like every other UPS store out there. Skip this location and go to the next one!!
7/22/19. my dude behind the counter yeeted this ladys package across the store on to this giant pile in the back. i had to have them box up an expensive item i just sold and i had 0 confidence in this workers ability to do this properly so i left. Yeeted means throw with force

Worst customer service, They misplaced my Amazon packages twice.. I learnt the lesson and started getting return receipts for proof.. even the customer services is horrible at this location, they literally roll eyes when customers are confused rather than helping them!!!
Shipped a printer to California on 1/9/2017. It was damaged during the shipment. UPS has acknowledged the damage. It is 2/10/2017 with no reimbursement after being told by Corporate UPS that this would be done by 2/3/2017. I received a call from Tony on 2/3/2017 that I would be reimbursed by 2/10/2017. Still waiting. Use another shipper.

Don’t return your xfinity equipment here. I dropped it off and three weeks later, they still haven’t sent it back. I never got a confirmation email or anything to show that they have it. Even though the guy said I’d get a confirmation email
