Have had an awesome relationship with this Sherwin-Williams location for 3 years now. They treat myself and my team like family and bend over backwards for anything and everything. Above and beyond is what these people do. Everyone from the outside salesman, in-store manager, asst. manager all the way down to their part time employees, are all solid people who just want to help and for that I am grateful.

Now THIS is service. Ive worked with this store severaltimes now. Being a builder, I deal with many vendors. Every time I call, they answer every question. Never in a rush. Small order, large order, doesnt matter. No more Home Depot or Ben Moore. This is my store. My last visit, I even brought a large piece of gutter in for them to paint-match, and of course they did. Amazing service. Not to mention, they respect Covid medical recommendations, which is a must for my company and me.

I always have a good experience at this store, whether ordering over the phone or in person. They often have good discounts on quality paints. The Superpaint grade and above have held up well over the years. I rarely buy another brand of paint.

Everyone was extremely helpful. As first time home painters, we didnt know a good deal about how the whole process worked. We left with everything we needed to complete the job, and we felt like everyone was very respectful of our time/money during the whole process.

Strongly suggest this SW location for the outstanding service and ability to handle paint orders of non-standard items.

They were able to reproduce the builders paint using codes given over the phone. The paint was waiting for me when I got to the store 10 minutes later. Staff were helpful in answering questions.

Customer service need improve their product Knowledge. Buy caulk and ask when is exp. date. She told me as long as not open it then it will last forever. From SW website said shelf life is 1year. Since it is lifetime warranty. So, any wrong then I can exchange it.

I always get the answers I am looking for and the best products for the job. The store is absolutely top notch as are the people.

Stay Away from this store. There is a very rude person named Emily in this store who is supported by her manager Andrea. Due to her behavior i am unable to do the business with Sherwin Williams although its the closest store to me. Her manager was also present when this happened and she failed to take any action. Stay Away!!!!
