I had this complicated insurance authorization situation develop with a prescription refill which resulted in my having to pay out of pocket for an expensive prescription when my insurance should have covered it. It wasnt Rite Aids fault, so I told them Id talk to my doctor and fight it out with my insurance company. My doctor called the pharmacy to update my prescription and mentioned the issue I had with my insurance. Randi in the pharmacy thought that something didnt sound right, and she took the lead in getting me a refund of a huge out of pocket expense, then called me to tell me she had taken care of it. She didnt have to do this at all. Days had passed and my prescription was already paid for. She doesnt know me, never met me. She just did the right thing for a customer. Raymundo in the pharmacy was also involved in getting this solution for me. I could not be more grateful. Thank you for doing a good turn for a neighbor, Randi.
