The customer service for this company is terrible. I would not give any business to this company as they bait and switch their products and offers. Their sales associates misquoted a price and promotion, signed me up and upon receiving the bill placed me in a more expensive bill category. Upon speaking with a manager their response was sorry it must have been a training issue, theres nothing we can do. I am not looking for anything unreasonable, just the promotion that was offered to me by their sales staff at the time of purchase, if this cannot be done I will never do business with T-Mobile again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I just want to say that T-Mobile Staff in Altamonte Mall was very helpful specially Mr. Bari, he helped us alot, he let us choose the proper options for us to decide. His customer service skills was excellent. Ill definitely recommend him to help out new customers. Keep up the good work T-mobile Team.

Alexander provided false pretense for a sale. I was not properly educated with the credit line for a mobile device or advised that I would be enrolled in installment plans for 2 mobile devices without my knowledge until after getting my first bill. He lied about a rebate for my device that I paid cash price when I called in and spoke with a customer service rep. There is no promotion for my 3rd line with the mobile device.

Had an issue like many others when it comes to technology companies. Aleem (Retail Store Manger) was not only empathetic, but extremely professional and knowledgeable. He spoke with me on a heart to heart level and not just a customer. Aleem not only helped calm my frustration, but did everything that was needed for T-Mobile to keep my business. Ashtin was also helpful as his energy was positive and upbeat. Sincerely, thank you for ALL the help.

These guys are scammers I was there and they wanted me to pay off my old phones when they where leased and lease was up plus they wanted me to pay the taxes. You pay taxes every month on your phones. Called t mobil myself because it seemed fishy and I was right. T mobil told me this isnt the way it goes and will investigate this location now.

I want to say thanks to Cydni she was awesome. My wife and I just brought new phones, and we had some issues getting pictures downloaded to my wife’s phone and adding apps, also phone contacts. The rep who we worked with stated I would have to log into ICLOUD in order for my wife to receive her pictures, and we would have to share each other’s pictures. I did not like that idea, so Cydni stepped in and said she can assist with our issues, she took her time and WORKED it OUT!!, she downloaded an app to transfer pictures from my phone to my wife’s phone instantly it happened. Cydni downloaded all my wife’s apps to her phone with ease, and asking if there’s anything else she could do for us. Great job Cydni!!

Do not go here! They scam you to pay more than you need to. I went to the T-Mobile addressed 600 E Altamonte Dr, Unit 1000, and I got the same deal for less. The associate there even explained how this T-Mobile in the mall gets so many complaints for that reason; they rip you off. Or if you go here, call and fact check at other T-Mobiles near by!!

Aaron provided a simple and easy solution and made a call to customer service to get my issue resolved. I’ve only been with t mobile for a year but this company seems to take customer experience seriously and I value that. Thank you Aaron!! He also told me he’s a big fan of crispy and crunchy foods!

Super great service. Andrew was extremely helpful on the phone with me on Friday took his time to get all the information that I was asking. I was so impressed by the great customer service that the next day I visited the store and Andrew did a fantastic job helping me upgrade my device. Worst experience ever, my dad is a customer or was, after this experience. Joel the Tmobile rep was horrible not helpful talking down about the phone that I wanted to get, on top of that he was coughing and had a running nose. COVID I hope not! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

My wife’s phone was giving her problems. The friendly and knowledgeable staff gave her different options. After hearing about a new incentive, she bought a new phone. The staff was patient helping with a new case and screen saver. They transferred all her data to the new phone. We really like T-Mobile.

Ex T-Mobile Mobile Expert of 2 years here.Called the store about a problem. Said they would call me back in 10 minutes. Understandable. 1 hour later, no call. Decided to drive to location. When I got there they were busy, again understandable. But they refused to do a warranty exchange and said customer care had to do it. This is cut and dry laziness. Unacceptable.To add to my experience today, around 6 months ago I came in to change my rate plan from T-mobile One to the military service plan. Again they dont make money on doing this unless they add features. They referred me to customer care and refused to do it in store. Unacceptable.If you need anything done other than a sale where they make money off of you do not come to this store. This is a great store to go to if you want to feel like every nickel and dime is being squeezed out of you. I love T-Mobile, just not this location.

After waiting over 15 - 20 minutes to be served the manager told the associate to work with a lady who walked in 10 minutes after we did. Wow really great customer service! No thanks I’ll never to business with this store ever again!

The first store I had my screen protector put on my watch didn’t do it correctly and I came to altamonte Tmobile and it was replaced easily and put on correctly this time. He explained to me my bill break down and explained everything clearly. I will definitely be coming to this store only. Coming all the way from debary is worth it. It also felt very safe and they followed cdc regulations with mandatory masks and hand sanitizers accessible everywhere. Thank you!!!

They need more professional person who does better job in store as manager. They messed up my phone promotion order and I went back there, they made me to wait over 30 minutes which is only a few customers there( couple sales people are nothing to do on floor ) .Manager itself can fix my issue eaisly by himself but he made me to wait especially for previous sale person who did my transaction.Once they sold what they want, I guess you are done with them.I am replying to what store manager wrote after my review. First of all, my 2nd visit dis not solve my problem either. Both my visit what they did mistake and tried to solve, all failed.I had to call customer care and spent about 1.5 hour on the phone and fixed it ( I guess ).Giving your email address to get in touch, unfortunately could not help at all.

I rarely write bad reviews because I try to give companies and their employees the benefit of the doubt. I draw the line at being straight up lied to, to get an upsell. My husband and I purchased two new phones at the end of December. The sales person tried to sell us $40 screen protectors. When we said no, he told us, if they were ever broken, we could go into their store and get a replacement. When we verified that with him, we agree to it. Well, I ended up with a phone that had software issues and needed to exchange it. Forget the fact that they charged me $20 to exchange a brand new broken phone (they said that was shipping and handling, which I think is a bs charge for a broken phone - and dont get me started with the sales lady at the store at Red Bug and Tuskawilla who had the nerve to tell me I was getting a brand new phone for $20... NO, I just paid $600 for a new phone), they told me I could only get a replacement screen protector in their store if I had their monthly insurance protection plan. If I want a new screen protector for my new phone, Id have to go through the manufacturers warranty, which I will have to pay $12 for shipping and handling. When I explained that is not what we were told, they just shrugged it off. I keep thinking back to our conversation, and I know 100% they told us we could come into their store for a replacement. NEVER ONCE did they say we had to have their monthly insurance plan to do that. Even when we declined the insurance, the salesperson didnt say the screens were not going to be exchangeable. My husband and I feel lied to. Ive done sales, and I know the goal is to sell accessories to make your numbers better. We would have declined those particular screen protectors and asked to look at other ones had we not been told we could just come into the store and replace them. I am so angry at being taken advantage of. I feel like we were viewed as sales numbers and not customers who needed to be taken care of. And Im not the only one this has happened to. Read Shane Kluges and Reds Cereals reviews below. they had similar situations. The sales staff here is relying on everything to go fine after customers leave the store and not return on the promises they made to get the sale.

First and foremost I want to give a very well deserved shoutout to the entire Altamonte mall t-mobile location from top to bottom! Very friendly and helpful.i want to at this time take time to recognize and acknowledge one individual who has always stood out to me from the very first day I switched over from Verizon.Robert from day one has always done everything in his power to make my experience at this location pleasurable.On 5/1/2018 I walked in needing a new phone and wanting to possibly bring my wife aboard and the very first person to greet me was this gentleman.i could go on for quite a bit but he took literally about 2 hours to help me get situated with my new phone and my wife as well.he went above and beyond and when we hit some snags allowed me to just roam the mall and shop freely as to not wait and become impatient.on top of doing so he even came searching for me when everything was all set and done at the food court.the level of customer service by Robert in specific is the reason I drive 15 minutes further to this location when I have not 1 but 2 locations within a few block radius of me! Def need more employees with that kind of dedication.

I went into the T-Mobile store today to discuss a situation I have been trying to deal with for month. I let someone get a phone on my account but now he refuses to pay for it. I already know it was my fault but i was hoping for some kind of relieve. A possible solution. But when I walked in, I was approached by Aleen k. He was quite rude when I told him about my situation. He said I screwed myself by letting my ex on my bill and that my ex sounded smart for being able to screw me so easily. This was very very unprofessional and I almost made me walk out. Robert then approached me and was just as rude. Saying he didn’t have to take this verbal abuse after we had into it about my phone issues being unsolvable. Am I not the customer? And I am feeling like I could get no help. Only relief came from the manager Yody. He was polite and jumped in when he could see I was upset. He wasn’t able to fix my problem but was at least he was nice in assisting me.

Spent almost 4 hours there just to get a new phone, and I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Staff seems friendly, but theyll try to sneak things on you anyway they can. The person who helped me added a phone case saying its the same price as anything youll find on Amazon I guess my good nature just took his word for it. It was actually a $50 case and a $50 dollar glass protector. Got my first bill and they added insurance to my wifes phone (which is my old phone) I never asked for the insurance, nor did they ask me about it. They just slapped it on. Full on scammers of the worst kind here.

Feels like I got caught in a bait and switch. Twice. I get it, sometimes sales reps set aside the wrong thing. The problem is that this exact scenario occurred at *TWO* T-Mobile stores within 24 hours, so it feels to me more like a sales tactic than it does employee error. Even if its not, thats how it makes me feel.Heres what occurred: I called ahead to schedule an appointment to start new service and ensure that they had the phones we were looking for in stock. The man on the phone said they were available, and noted that he was setting them aside.Once we arrived, we had to provide our information twice because they switched sales reps mid-stream. Then - after our credit was run - they suddenly could not find one of the two phones (iPhone Xs Max 64 GB). They could, however, find a 256 GB version, which they were happy to sell us for increased cost. The alternative was that we could wait 20+ minutes for them to try to retrieve another 64 GB from another store.I was settled on switching to T-Mobile; now, Im not so sure. I wish I could rate this more stars, but the fact is I left without T-Mobile service and without two of their more expensive phones (Xs Max and Note 9).For what its worth, I did receive a call as I was leaving the store, saying that they could grab another phone the next day and offer a discount. Thats the only reason this is not one star. With that said, I dont want them to try to make this right; Im looking at alternates at this point, as I dont currently have trust for T-Mobile.
