Great location! Generally you can find everything you are looking for at this store. Great prices and selection as well. They offer several perks such as having a grocery store and a Starbucks inside. They offer curbside pickup, in store pickup and delivery.The store is very organized and displays are well kept.They offer extra discounts like the Target App has digital coupons, ads, and you can scan the bar code for your smartphone for price checks. Best of all if it’s cheaper online through target.com than in the store you can have a sales associate adjust your price to the online price. Even better you can link your debit of credit card to this Target debit card to get up to 5% off you purchased as well. You can use paper coupons and save a few cents if you bring in your target bags to reuse again. Bonus!!

They are putting security tags on all clothing items even on the low price items. I understand the reasoning BUT there should be a sign at self checkout for it to be removed. I had no idea it was there and did not notice it. Luckily I can cut the tag off which I could do anyways to steal it so that makes no sense and defeats the purpose of the security tag. Y’all need to have it figured out before starting to add things like this. I even was able to walk out the store without the alarm going off.

Employees at two different Targets worked together to help me get the LAST Neon Halloween Cat! My girlfriend was so happy to get the cat she had been wanting for so long and I really appreciate the employees of Target going above and beyond to help me make this surprise work. :)

Great store with all usual products of any Target store. Very friendly staff and as a bonus a Starbucks inside. Next door you also have Home Depot in order to complement your weekend experience.

I was searching high and low for a bonnet that should have been hanging on a hook with a sales price but when I found it, it was on the floor in a small stack. Its disrespectful and I would not recommend anyone to this store.

Be prepared.. to be Targeted! By employees everywhere and Loss Prevention. It would be appropriate for someone at the door to check my receipt and look at my cart but its NOT appropriate for someone to walk around and FOLLOW like Im a thief. I had a great customer service experience today. I had picked up a couple drive up orders earlier this morning. I was halfway home when I decided to check the bags. That’s when I noticed an item was missing. I headed back to the store a bit annoyed at this point. I went to the guest service counter and explained the situation to the lady there, which was the same one who handed me the drive up orders. She was polite, and helpful. It turned out that the item I had ordered was out of stock. However I was not informed nor was I refunded for that item. She apologized for the inconvenience and refunded me the money. She then went ahead and said she was giving me a $5 gift card. I thanked her and told her that I was just glad I hadn’t gotten all the way home. She then says “You know what I’ll make it a $10 gift card.” I was surprised how she went above and beyond. I was okay with just getting a refund or the item. This is why I love Target they have my ❤️ and wallet. Great customer service. I wish I could have caught her name.

Target has a great combination of the grocery and cosmetic value and premium store brands I love at reasonable costs. I like the rewards system, the circle rewards that pay real cash in an extremely easy to use rebate system and, Im particularly fond of the recent premium pasta black label brand as well. fantastic and exciting!

Went to this Target On the evening of April 14, 2021 purchased attempted purchase my monthly purchase of “The Honey Pot” because I love supporting this black owned brand! The price of the product scanned at 27.49 and like each month and the target representative at the time price match to the competitors for 17.99. However on that evening I went to register number 5 where a target associate by the name of LYNETTE refused to honor target price matching policy. I also requested to speak to a manager and she stated the manager ERNESTO wouldn’t be able to speak to me but would speak to her to see if she can price match. She went back there twice and stated she couldn’t honor TARGETS POLICY and also stated her manager ERNESTO agrees that it shouldn’t be price matched anymore going forward. Well while in line at check out I had to call target customer service to have them honor the pricing while the LYNETTE WAS STILL at the register. Worst experience ever and while I finished purchasing the item after the rep over the phone price matched for me. Lynette didn’t even apologize about the mistake. I than later that evening called back to the store finally was able to speak to ERNESTO and he stated he did the right thing by not honoring because items that are lowered for being on clearance are not price matched, but glad target customer service reimbursement me the difference. I than informed Ernesto the item that was being price match wasn’t because it was on clearance. And he stated the register rep went back and said it was on clearance and that I used an old screenshot to honor old pricing. But to avoid al this miscommunication the manager should have came out and spoke with me. Becauae LYNETTE Made the shopping experience really bad for me. She lied and wasn’t apologetic. And this was really upsetting to me. Target has a black owned product “The Honest Company” that I love to support. And if you look at the pricing on Amazon Walmart etc it shows for 17.99 she deliberately made this difficult. Hopefully race wasn’t a factor. I’m young African American woman and I felt as if I being taking advantage off. This resolution shouldn’t have ended with me on the phone with a target rep just to honeor targets policy. Overall this could have been handled better

Everything is organized and stocked properly..even during a pandemic...that says a lot!

Extremely frustrating that when I order items on my target app for store pick up and the following day I’m notified that one or multiple items I have purchased are actually out of stock. It’s not just once or twice it’s every-time I make a purchase.

It was so fast and easy and the people were really nice.

Every time I go to this store, I am reminded why I dislike this store so MUCH!!!! I was in the cereal isle, there was some restocking going on, no big deal. I was the only person in the isle, I located the cereal that I wanted, however in front of the cereal was a big restocking cart. The cart did not bother me, I was able to reach down for what I want, as my cereal was on the bottom shelf. I grabbed my cereal, however, I knocked over a few extra boxes and was cleaning up and putting it back on the shelf. All of the sudden I hear someone behind me, saying in a VERY annoyed tone, you can move that. Then she proceeds to pull the large restocking cart while i am pinned between the cart and the shelf, * I was still picking up the cereal. I had to tell her to wait. Once I got up, she proceeded to pull the cart, no apology or acknowledgement of what just happened. YOU WERE ABOUT TO DRAG ME ALONG WITH YOU. It was a female worker with a medical mask, blonde hair, completely messy. In addition I am pregnant. Let me explain, if you do not get it, THIS IS EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE for anyone to be treated that way. AND in addition, this employee is EXTREMELY blessed thay I chose to have treated the situation with such grace. Most people would have lost their ISH on her. However, I am not that person. I am not for someone to lose their job, however, THIS SHOULD NEVER happen. I am sorry if this female is having a bad day or something else. But let me tell you something SISTER, you need to WOMAN UP!!!! I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LIFE. You are lucky to have a job in these current situations. If you dont like your job, step aside and let someone else have the opportunity and YOU go find something that makes you happy and will not drive to act as reckless as you were today. Just completely disgusted.

I can get groceries as well as a birthday gift or socks if needed. But your produce and Meat are always low to pick from if not restocked. Only 2 times a week that I plan my trips on as know stock is done.

Limiting the sale of items not related to covid and when you call corporate customer service 2 different reps said they are not allowed to limit items and the a supervisor gets on and said yes I will back up the store if they are doing that. Great customer service (NOT) at the Altamonte Springs Target.....

Store was clean well stocked, found what I needed and checked out promptly

This target overall is great never had a problem there and they are normally stocked all the time. But I am giving 3 stars because I feel they racially profile people of color when they enter the store. I have served for 7 yrs never been arrested or anything and I am very aware of my surroundings . I saw multiple following me on and off and don’t appreciate it at all. And then for them to post a person at the door just in case the alarm went made it even worse . Next time I come to this place I will be talking to the manager and I will take up with the military which could potentially have an impact on this store .

The associate was very nice and quick with picking up my online order. I had just gone to Walmart right before and the customer service was like night and day.

This Target really needs to get it together! Pulled up for Drive up pickup but had to go inside. For the second time again, my order was completely WRONG. Why do they offer this type of fulfillment if they can’t manage it effectively or perform any quality assurance? The sales clerk brought me 3 different bags on three separate instances, all OTHER peoples orders before I became frustrated. I was not offered anything for the inconvenience, just a “sorry, we’ll talk about it at our next meeting”. They had to cancel the order and reshop everything, which at 7 1/2 months pregnant is a real drag. I could have just ordered off Amazon. Also they had a sign that bathrooms were out of order but located in the pharmacy, which was locked the entire time I was there. It wasn’t until I got outside that I saw someone walking up an unmarked trailer from the road that the trailer was a restroom. The sign was facing the “opposite” side of the role. I’m pretty sure there are rules about public disclosure of restrooms and restroom availability in a store this size.. Not happy at all!

This Target is the sun at the center of the solar system that is my life. This Target always has what I need and what I dont need but really, really want. Its always clean. The staff are always professional and the appropriate amount of friendly. And the dry good groceries are surprisingly cheap. When I feel down about life, I walk around this Target at 10:30 at night and just look at stuff. Its very therapeutic to be able to be alone in an aisle at Target and be able to smell all the candles and read the ingredients on the boxes without anyone around. Also, I bet Ive spent 60% of all of my income ever at this Target and I dont ever want to stop. I love you, Target.

I loved target until today. I used the target wedding registry. I went to use my 15% off coupon. It would not apply to anything I had on my registry. It said it was not available. I went to the target app where everything was available but wouldnt apply my discount code. I had 2 gift cards that one wouldnt apply. Spent 40 minutes on the phone with someone in China who finally at the end said Im sorry I cant help you. Ended up placing my order without my discount. Highly disappointed.

I visited Target tonight to pick up a few things. I also wanted to check out the smartwatches. I wanted info on different brands and styles. I located James in electronics and he was very helpful. He took the time to explain and was very patient with me. In the end I found exactly what I wanted. James, thank you again for your wonderful customer service.

Here what I noticed today when shopping in this Target location. They have a sign outside their entrance that clearly reads face mask is required yet, I counted at least 4 individuals shopping at this location not wearing a mask at all. Not cool.

Went to pick up a cheap computer desk and chair, 90% of all furniture here is placed behind the incorrect price tag. This wouldnt be a huge issue if the items themselves were marked with a price sticker (none are). I picked up a desk that had a $68 tag in front of it (real price $89) and a dining chair that had a price tag in front of it marked $49 (real price $69).Just poor organization and lack of customer courtesy at this store, put it all back and left with nothing.TARGET needs to fix this or next time Ill insist on getting the marked price.

Tv did not work when gotten home !! Screen did not come on ! Report problem with prompt return policy, no tv, I bought a tv and no store substitute on similar product!!! Nothing but a wasted trip to buy junk and then repack to return and drive to a drop off with no tv !! Not happy to have no tv or ship tv from warehouse!!

The order online/store pickup option is fantastic. As a mom that works two jobs, I dont have a lot of extra time on working days. I can place my order on Sunday night and know its ready by 8am the next morning and can stop in quickly on my way to work.

For the second week in less than a months time they have had problems with their registers working properly. This has led to longer wait times to check out and having to move to different registers, which is a large inconvenience. I understand things happen but Management seems annoyed when this happens and offer little to no apologies. With the Holidays coming I truly hope this gets fixed quickly.

I love Target because of the -nesses ...cleanliness, friendliness, helpfulness and easiness!I had to leave for a funeral in VA from FL quickly and this FL girl needed boots! I was able to order them and pick them up within hours. I sent my husband but had forgotten about their tight security, which I love. I could add his name from my phone in seconds and he was able to pick them up. Phew! What an awesome experience! So much better than waiting on hold over the phone at other stores and the clerk never finding what you need.

I love Target. I have no complaints about my Target visits. Treat your outsourced employees better, though. That Buzzfeed News report that came out today made me really sad. Outsourced or not, they represent you, too. Be better. You are not Walmart. Be better.

Very very good we will be going back

The pick up was easy but not what I was expecting. I was told the bike would come in a box, which it did not and would not fit in the car. So, I had to ride it home in the rain... At 7 pm in the dark. I made it halfway through the 6-mile ride before the bike broke. It was put together incorrectly and the derailleur got stuck in the tire spokes. I had to pop the chain off of the derailleur and walk it the rest of the way to my house. I called two stores in my area to exchange it but they are now out of stock. My choices are return the bike and wait until December 5th for a replacement, pay MORE money to have a professional fix the bike or walk the bike back to a store for a refund and remain walking. I waited for cyber Monday to get a good deal, now all the deals are over. This was a waste of time and money. And I still have no wheels. The bike was cute and rode nice for the 40 minutes before it became trash, so 1 star for that and 1 star for the easy pick-up process.

The store tends to be quite clean, and surprisingly the staff keeps up with cleaning after every customer as well.

I love shopping here for the convenient location. We live close by. I could go by bike. I love that when I need something quickly, I go in and out in minutes thanks to the self-checkout register. I never have to wait longer than a minute or two to self-checkout. I love the friendly staff. It feels like family. They know you and ask you about something you told them in the past. Very impressed. Thank you for making my shopping experience easy and quick. I do grocery shopping and shop for most of my familys needs. However, I do have to say that I would like to see that you sell again the Cherokee brand shorts for boys. I dont like the new brand. I bought it a year ago and they are opaque compared to the Cherokee brand. The quality was much better. I just dont understand why a big brand name such as Target would lower the quality of its merchandise.

PLEASE BEWARE of this target when you buy clothes from them for my husband recently bought a pair of jeans from here and when he got home and tried them on he felt something sharp in his pocket and upon further inspection he retrieved a broken in half used meth pipe in the pocket. Its very irritating that if we were pulled over and searched he would have been charged with possession because they dont care to check the pockets of returned clothing items. What if it were a used needle and poked him. Very unprofessional if you ask me. We have tried calling target to directly speak to a manager multiple times and none of our calls were answered.

I love Starbucks but every time I go this one the lady ( older with blonde hair) that is working she takes way to long to make drinks and is always chit chatting with the people that work there about personal stuff, taking 10 minutes to make a dragon drink. I will go to the Starbucks in Apopka from now on to avoid her. Something needs to be done.

It was very convenient. Some frozen items werent allowed to be purchased for pickup & a few other things werent available; but, overall, it was a great experience & Ill surely use it again.

Great shopping experience. Kind and knowledgeable employees, clean store. Easy to find items you are shopping for with a well organized and structured store. Great selection, good sales. They have carts for shopping as well as a few big kid carts for older children to sit in safely. They have public restrooms and an eat in fast food style restaurant with seating.

Was shopping with wife yesterday picking up battery powered portable vacuum. Had some good sales and on one in particular but shelf empty. Personally, Im like no big deal, just get the next best - when out of nowhere a female associate (forgot to remember name) comes out of nowhere and asks if she can help??? What? Im not used to this...old fashioned customer service? I decide to try it and mentioned really liked the one on sale but they seemed to be gone but no problem. She asks to wait while she checks back room and scans sale card and says yep, got one more in back and went and got it for us. Saved us $100 extra we were just about to spend anyway. Wow, I was just blown away by her sincere desire to provide us the best possible shopping experience. Outstanding.

I love target and it’s clean friendly atmosphere always have what I need at a great price love the cartwheel and my 5% off with my red card. My only issue with target as of late is every time I go in Altamonte store only has 1 cashier on and it’s recommended we use self checkout. Self checkout is great if you only have a few things but I usually have 20 items or more and don’t like going to self checkout and end up waiting in a line cause I know I am not the only one who feels this way hence The longer wait sometimes 15 to 20 minutes.

I’ve called about 15 times to try to see if they had a specific drink that i am in need of before leaving the house and everytime i tried to call, it was hung up. I called hr and it hung up as well. I called guest services in which they said they would transfer, only to be hung up again. I am highly disappointed because i am high risk and not feeling great and now im FORCED to go into the store not knowing if they do in fact have the drink or not. Probably will have to call corporate because they are clearly going to ignore this message. Very disappointed.

This store does not enforce the corporate policy of requiring a mask in the store. My wife and I have been accosted twice in this store by people trying to make a point about not wearing a mask.
