The employees were friendly and made us feel welcomed. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful
I appreciated that I got asked several times if I needed help with anything. BUT I absolutely hated that fact that they followed me everywhere I went acting like I was going to slip something in my bag. They couldn’t have made it more obvious pretending to align anything that was within 5 feet from me on the shelves. I spent $55 and I honestly didn’t even want to stick around for a free makeover. Bad customer service from 3/4 girls who were currently working.
Most Sephoras I walk into, its hard to get someone to help. I walked into this one and always had employees asking if I needed help and even come back to double check on me. Christine B. was very helpful with color correcting under my eyes and even went further than makeup, trying to pin point the reason why I have dark circles and see if an under eye cream could help correct and not just conceal the problem. Will definitely go back here from now on because of the friendly staff.
I walked into Sephora with the idea of being in-and-out with the typical service but upon arriving Shayna immediately came to help me. Not only was she the sweetest little thing but she also helped me get everything that I needed. She definitely knew what she was talking about and she helped me find the perfect products. I wish more employees were like Shayna!(:
Sephora make-up is fantastic
Scott is amazing! Today I went in because I thought I didnt have the right shade of DipBrow and it turns out I wasnt using it right. He taught me how to use it and was super nice. Best Sephora ever!
Absolutely horrible service. I walked in fully ready to get a constultation and buy whatever the employee recommended for my skin type. I was not greeted and the two women working (one with pink hair) could not be bothered to assist me. They were too busy with their personal conversation. So disappointed. I went to the freestanding Sephora instead.

I came here in search of the perfect foundation for my problematic skin and had a great experience with the employee Daijah (I hope I am spelling her name correctly). She was incredibly nice and helpful and suggested some really great stuff and made sure to cover all of the questions I had about different products other than foundation (like concealer). This was my first time at this specific Sephora. A lot of times when I visit Sephora, there never seems to be enough employees working and I am not able to get the help I need. That was not the case with this location and I will be coming back and asking for Daijah.

I am really trying to review the Sephora further in the mall (near Victorias Secret and the food court). Oddly I cant seem to find it. As for the location that Im referring to, Ive been in there several times. The first few times I went in there instead of being helped I was watched the entire time. Sephora needs to work on their customer service, simple as that. Not that it matters, but unbeknownst to them I work in the mall! Since I could not get as much help as I needed, I just happened to go to Mac because my mom bought a lipstick that she really liked. The girl at Mac helped me. I hear so many people rave about Sephora I thought I would go give them a try only to be watched (by about 4+ employees) and ignored. I do appreciate the few girls that did help me the times I came. There were certain makeup brands I wanted to try, but was not offered any samples, I wasnt sure if they even did that sort of thing. The makeup artist at Mac made me aware that they do give samples, but theyre very small. I didnt even know they gave samples! They never offered them to me! Maybe I should go to the Sephora inside JCPenney? Maybe they have a different vibe?
Asked THREE ladies to help color match my mom and all three told me to ask someone else because they were on break and one was doing her lipstick ... if youre on break maybe you shouldnt be on the floor. I will go to Ulta and get what I need. Thanks for no help!
Disappointing that this store is never stocked up! The make-up artist was inexperienced to go along with it, this store dropped the ball I will never return, guess I will drive further away to get proper service! My girlfriend has been wearing another brand and I know sephora is better
