Terrible experience. I was waiting in the drop off for 15 minutes before 8PM to drop a prescription and the 2 pharmacy assistants didnt paid attention to me or even came to the area. i observed as they help another customer with a pick up but then left again. When i asked if they could help me, one of the assistant told me that they closed at 8. I told her i was waiting there for more than 10 minutes, even before the other customer came in and she told me that she was back and forth and never saw me (lies, they were at the back all the time). She was really rude, loud and talked all over me. She basically called me a liar. I couldnt believe such disrespect and the way i was treated. After this I will never come to one of these stores again
The staff at this pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen, I frequent it because it is right next to where I live, but they are so inefficient. messy ... my dr. He sends me a medicine to relieve my pain and they send a cream that has nothing to do with it, because my doctors prescription is handwritten, they never understand, in conclusion I think I will change the pharmacy and avoid having a bad time in this place
The reason this store gets 3 stars is because the people that work there when I go in there the men at night are just great they are so nice and so helpful and so polite. However if it were in for them this store wouldnt even get one star because they are not allowed to tell the people that they have to wear masks corporate doesnt care about its workers if they get sick or not so they allow people to come in there without masts and the workers are not allowed to tell them they have to wear a mask and they do testing inside the store so this store would not even get 1 star from me if it werent for the great workers the men that are they are at night Reggie and Herb. There is also a always a lack of inventory when I try to buy things so if they have a buy 1 get 1 free you cant do it because they only have one so whoever does the inventory in the store needs to order more things or corporate needs to allow them to order more things.
Customer service is the best but price range has gone up! Geeze! I purchase 5 items and I almost spent nearly 70$! Are you kidding me? For one notebook a toy, bio cream? Instead I purchased three items but 45$ my gosh. If price range continues to go up I won’t be coming back anytime soon
Out of a common medication and couldn’t tell me which other locations had that medication also didn’t tell me that they didn’t take my insurance and I was wasting my time anyway.
Today when I got my medication through the drive through, my card slipped and I didn’t get it. I got the call after I clocked back into work. When I went to grab it, since I was NOT specified a time, the man in the front radioed the manger. This is where I get hell fury. The manager had not been told anything about my card and had no idea where it was. All I was told - via radio btw - was to come back tomorrow. I’m sorry, but where the hell is my card if it’s not in a safe??? Who has access to the numbers? Did people take pictures of it? How was I supposed to go home with any sense of security. I called and reported the card stolen.
I remember why I switched away from this pharmacy. Expect to wait at least 30 min in the drive thru. Its a shame because the pharmacist is amazing.
I went in the store today and bought &45 .00 worth of merchandise from this location. I go to self serve and the computer froze the cashier Jean comes and shuts down the self serve kios. He takes everyone and line and makes me wait until everyone was rung up to help me when I was there first. I ask for the manager who comes and I explain to him what happened while he’s looking at me mute. No I’m sorry that happened to you no nothing. I ask for his name he says John. But on my receipt it has the name william. Did you lie about your name william and tell me your name was John mr manager. Very rude management who lies about his name. We have to do better in retail. Very unprofessional.
Pharmaceutical drive through is literally the slowest in the world expect a 30 minute wait even with 1 car in front of you
Staff are always welcoming and helpful. I love the self serve register option. My visits are always quick and easy
Meryl who has supposedly 14 years experience has no idea what she’s doing. I had to guide her to fix an insurance problem. She’s also very rude and mean.
I have been a customer there for 7 years. I have always been treated with dignity, honor, and respect. They are out of essentials because some people were hoarding things like toilet paper and other essential items. Dont hoard and leave stuff for others. We are in this together. We all need to be considerate of each other. We all need basic supplies for our home. Shop normal.
One of the worst pharmacies to go to.
Thank you Celinda for helping me this morning with pricing product:)!This product is top of the line as CVS brandAt neck to neck with O.B. and inexpensive and feel safe
Horrible staff.meds always out of stock. Rude. Could care less about patients.
DO NOT GO HERE! Today I went in to get something and ended up walking out without purchasing. There were two people with masks under their chin in line and at the cash register. There was also someone who walked in WITHOUT a mask!!! There was no one around to say anything to the guy who walked in. I will NEVER go to this CVS again since they are not enforcing a county ordinance put in place for the safety of those who need to get things.
Very nice Customer
The worst customer service.i waited on drive thur for 30 minutes until i decided to go inside.when i got there one person was a head of me.I said to the cashier Yolande i was waiting on line for 30 minutes she saidyea! Then said whats the name and d.o.b.Not even sorry for the wait nothing.I heard the pharmacy explaining to the woman next to me we are a day behind due to the storm. What its a whole 3days away.!
I love this pharmacy everyone there always welcomes me even though they are busy with customers.... Pharmacy needs a break I see hope people treat them some customers go in with attitudes and demanding their RX right away... I had to leave fast with my little girl when some ignorant Girl was cursing and screaming that her RX wasn’t ready.... Do you scream at the doctors or nurses when they’re not ready to see you yet?? Like com’on people they ARE trying their best with the little bit of staff they have its time to give them a little break and instead thank them for taking care of while were being a PAIN.....
Good luck trying to reach pharmacy. 10-20 minutes is the usual. I asked an employee if there was a good time to call, all he did was give me lip about how they are the busiest store in the region and there are only 3 pharmacists working... THEN HIRE MORE
I was followed around by a Hispanic male who I later realized was loss prevention. He followed me from the feminine section to the water section. I decided to walk up to him to get a good look at him. He walked away to a part of the store that is for employees. Sad for him my boyfriend is law enforcement who was with me. I would not recommend this store to anyone of color.
Clean, (didnt check lavatory.) Huge aisles. A little pricey. Good sales (IF you have the CVS card). I would give 3 stars. But the cashier, Eddie, was kind. 😊🤓
The sales associate Herbert was very helpful. And pointed out that items were on sale that I was buying and even went into the backroom to make sure I got what I needed at the right price.
They said that they close at 8 pm but they closed before that that time i was there two minutes before and they were already closed and i cannot get my baby medicine from them
They seem busy with not enough staff, and the staff they have are moody and stressed. I went there for a consultation about new prescriptions and I can tell the person helping me was in a hurry for me to leave. She would say no very quickly to any question I asked and with an attitude. Part of me feels bad because I know its stressful when theres not much help. But if you work in customer service, you have to be pleasant with customers. I was very pleasant, but by the end of the conversation I had to remind myself to not let this unpleasant person make me unpleasant. And from reading other reviews on here, its a pattern. Bad customer service.
The worst
This pharmacy is the worst, first the tech name Winnie acts as if shes a baby needing guidance. The the worst tech in the world name Sara needs training in customer service. I was there trying to get my sons prescription filled and no one was willing to assist me in the drive thru so I had to go inside. Once inside not one of the 4 techs that worked there said anything for at least 45 seconds as I stood at the counter they just walked around and pretended as if I was invisible. After trying to get my sons prescription filled for 2 hours I left empty handed because no one was willing to call the insurance company until I called the help desk acting as if I was calling from the pharmacy. They gave me the paper which have the store number which is only for employees. Sara said CVS dont call insurance companies the doctors office has to do that. Finally after I called the insurance company and put my phone on speaker Sara agreed to call because the insurance rep said someone from CVS has to call. Now that its after 5:00 I cant get anything fixed because the doctors office is closed. I was there at 3:15. Horrible customer service.
Sorry a** pharmacy. Stood there 15+ minutes waiting for consultation. It became clear the employees wanted me to leave but I persisted. Turns out they dont stock my prescription drug and did not want to order it. It is clear they have more business than they can accomodate or even want. Have had this experience at other CVS stores but never at Walgreens. Wont be going back for any Rx business. I will return to CVS for other items only because I get a 20% discount (as a former Eckerd employee) otherwise I would not darken the door.
They called ME! I was on a work call and called them right back and was hold for over 15 minutes.
Worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with! Horrible customer service! They dont know how to bill insurance properly and have no sense of urgency! I worked as a Pharmacy Tech for 4 years and have never seen the lack of professionalism or sense of urgency like I have at this location. Please go somewhere else for your prescription needs.
Very condescending and mocking for healthcare representatives. I had the same experience months ago and switched pharmacies; however, my provider has made this organization my primary. Maybe its specific to this location.
Overall store appearance great, but the mens bathroom needs some love.
Just left this location, employee did not let me use my Just for you coupons, she said I couldnt stack them up? . I told her they were in my card and she didnt even bother to look. I left this location and will not shop there again.
Horrid customer service at the pharmacy. Been on the phone for 2 days needing to know about my disabled sons prescription, I kept being hung up on & put on hold. Why not drive there? Oh because when I get there they never have his prescription ready, so I rather call, oh but I can’t get through; come on cvs, HIRE MORE POEPLE!! When it comes to medicine y’all playing around & this WILL head to corporate.
The service I received these past few months at the CVS Pharmacy has been extremely unpleasant. I have waited more than 3 weeks for my sons medication to be filled. (and still waiting) I call and stay waiting on hold for over 40+ mins just to ask for an update all to be told they are still waiting and cant tell me anything else. When you ask to speak to a manager to get more information or any form of help the manager answers with out introducing herself or with even the compassion to show she wants to help. TRUST ME I WOULDNT CALL IF I DIDNT HAVE TO!! When it comes to your child you would move heaven and earth if needed. Its very frustrating when you are looking for some guidance from what are suppose to be professionals and they dont seem to care. :/
Horrible pharmacy service. Pulled in the drive thru was told my daughters prescription would be about an hour after she verified. We had a little bit a time to kill so we decide to hang out and wait for the prescription. After an hour we walked up to double check and the same lady in the drive thru line that said it would be an hour said they didn’t have any record of her prescriptions pending..... Literally wasting everyone’s time... Really?!? This is the third issue I have had with this specific location. We are done. Good bye CVS Hello Walgreens.
The absolute WORST CVS Ive ever done business with. Every time I try to pick up a refill, there is something wrong. The reason is usually stupid and could have been resolved by their staff, but it wasnt.I am disabled, use a wheelchair and it is difficult to find a ride to pick up my scripts. So when I get there and the promised refill is not ready, its incredibly frustrating. The staff is lackluster, rude and extremely unpleasant. I will definitely be finding a new pharmacy, and it wont be a CVS.
I went there on wednesday and this young guy working up front was on something. He kept spitting in the trash can, he is a cashier at the front. This was very alarming and a manager was upfront with him and said nothing. I will not be returning to this store.Nasty
On March 23rd, 2018 I went to this location to grab a quick item and go to work. I have a very small window to do anything prior to work, and even though there’s a Walgreens right across my job I still rather go to CVS but after waiting 15 minutes for the store to open ..there was still no one in sight I had to leave.. huge waste of my time. It’s frustrating that this store rarely opens at the time shown ... don’t go to this store in the morning .. just go to Walgreens on the corner of Maitland and 436.. they are more reliable with their hours.
The pharmacy is really good excellent costumer service..
Pharmacy is quick to say what they dont have, I hate it when people rush me away when clearly we have any issue
The pharmacy manager always rude as if she doesnt want to work there. Always an issue always out of meds for my son. Just found out I could use my phone number for cvs rewards after 4 years of coming there.Nice location though.
Rude!! The new lady with an accent was horrible. Doesn’t want to help or accept coupons and forces everyone to use self checkout. Running the store into the ground.
Very nice customer service good people
Pretty much the same as all chain store pharmacies.
Worst experience ever !! daniel the manager of this store was the most rude and unpleasant human i have ever encountered in a retail store, denied me the option of doing two separate transactions, he said it couldnt be done even after offering to go to the back of the line and starting over! never again will i shop here again, look at how many one star ratings this store has, unbelievable!
I love CVS, so much so that I refuse to shop at Walgreens. This time however, I have to say I was disappointed. I went in to grab some makeup -- first, they were out of stock on the first two things I searched for. Oh well. Then, I go to pick up some foundation... only to find that the sole bottle in the shade I needed was used. Im talking, 3/4s of it was empty and gone. So. Weird. Frustrated that I now had zero of the items I needed, I brought the USED foundation bottle to the counter and told the clerk. He just shrugged and said hm, it looks empty.
The pharmacy never gets it right the first time. Every time I get a prescription refilled something is wrong and it has to be redone. Transferred all prescriptions to another store.
Happy and pleasant staff always willing to help.
I called in my prescription for a refill. Im on blood pressure meds that I need to take everyday. The lady told me it would be ready for pickup the next day. I called today to pick it up, and the pharmacist told me they no longer accept my insurance. Why couldnt the person who took my call for my refill tell me that? Im 34 weeks pregnant and on bedrest with preeclampsia issues. I will NEVER patronize with CVS again. I had to call another pharmacy to try and rush to get my prescription refilled before the pharmacy closed. If my blood pressure rises too high, it obviously isnt good for my health or my baby. Im highly upset.
Always very friendly and helpful at drive thru
This CVS doesnt deserve 1 star. The pharmacy staff is so rude and lazy. There is absoultly no drive or passion in the employees. I wish there was another place I could fill my prescription.
Ive found the pharmacy to be extremely helpful with consultation and turn around time. Thank you for all your help!
Staff don’t care just don’t come to this one
The worst tech ever! Slow and lazy!!!!!!! And very rude to women. Not ok!
Horrible service in the pharmacy department. They had me go back 3 times and they still didnt get my medication right and had to wait combined over an hour for medication that should have been ready when I got there.
CVS staff is very rude, and apparently, they’re understaffed.
Rude and condescending pharmacy staff
This pharmacy should be close, the customer service is none-they dont have pharmacist most of the time, drive true you will Waite about 30 to 45 min, and inside is very dirty.
Good serve and prices
Worst CVS ever!!!
Good pharmacy
