My sales consultant made it a point to find a suitable replacement for my original wedding band which was lost while snorkeling in the keys a few weeks ago.Experiencing such a loss and a sinking feeling that I would not be able to find one just like it was starting to look grim and so I decided to go back to where my wife and I purchased our wedding bands. Zales.My sales consultant showed me what they had available on their website and in store according to what I needed and found exactly what I was looking for. And to top it off it was on sale.Bravo and thank you. 😊

The wait time is ridiculous. The only time I ever go in is to have my rings inspected and it takes SO LONG to even be acknowledged.

I have always loved coming and purchasing from this Zales and growing our collection. Costumer service was always great until this one time. They completely screwed up. Not only did they insult my husband but they did nothing to try to help rectify the situation. I have lurches thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from this store including my engagement and wedding rings. The lady that helped my husband (we were not dressed well enough for her I guess, and my husband speaks broken English) because she took one look at my husband and his broken crucifix and said “I doubt you bought this from here, I don’t recognize it.” Without checking our account or without speaking to him to find out more information. I could not believe that she even made that comment to him. How dare you judge someone by their look or their accent.After we reassured her that we indeed did buy it there and they checked our account she apologized for her judgement. After that they offered no help in fixing the jesus that fell off the cross or help with buying a new one.Just honestly upset about the whole experience.

Great Customer service and sales associate was patient and attentive when finding our perfic rings.

No pressure from any consultant. Allowed me to look at multiple pieces, ask multiple questions about each piece, and suggested some styles based on my interest. Amazing location and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend going here to find your next piece of jewelry.

Zales has a beautiful selection of fine jewelry, and offers a great value for the money. We have been customers for many years and recommend you purchase the warranty. The warranty gets you free inspection and cleaning every 6 months. Resizing and stone replacement are included, and I can recommend those services firsthand. Ask for Colleen. She is wonderful!

Staff is friendly. But all repairs must be sent to a jeweler and the quality of repair is not good.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection. Never felt pressure to buy. Came in to buy my engagement ring. Loved how she showed us the wedding bands for future reference which made me love the ring I picked even more. Will be back for the bands when its time.

There should be a zero star button, have bought several items but never again from here.poor customer service, sales people have attitude.Then the fact that I have warranty on all jewelry and this is now the 15th time YES 15th I have been back with same ring and same stone keeps falling out, then have to wait 3 weeks to a month to get back They need to find someone else to send it too.Spend your money somewhere else they don’t deserve the business!

I’ve currently standing here and the sales people didn’t say anything and I finally got there attention and asked when they open and they said 11:30. It’s 15 minutes til and they know I’ve been waiting. But the hours say 11. No where posted it’s different. I have to go here because my diamond fell out and it’s covered by the warranty but won’t buy anything new...

Beautiful rings. Annoying workers. You can tell they just want a sale. At least the one I had. Older woman. Blonde hair. Glasses. She literally was trying to make me buy every ring I tried on. Which was only 2 because I left after she called a really ridiculous looking ring on me “so beautiful” trying to make me purchase it. No thanks. Most Zales I’ve been to had great workers.

My husband got me a bracelet at this location. The 1st time I wore it, it popped. I was so upset about it. But I found it and brought it back. The man behind the counter said it looks like this one was defective. I said well if thats the case, I wont mind replacing it with the same one. I didnt want to wear it for fear of losing it. But whats the point in having jewelry you dont wear. I decided to wear the bracelet and guess what? That one popped off too! Except, this time I was not lucky in finding it to bring it back. 😔 my husband even paid extra to cover any damages and it gives us 1 free replacement. I didnt consider the defective one as the replacement, neither did zales. But without the bracelet, how can I prove it was the 2nd peice of defective jewelry that zales sold us. Now I am considering having all my jewelry come from Kays. But I hear their the same company. I am upset as this was gifted just this Christmas. Smh Ive had cheap accessories last me longer.

I gave zales a 10 out of 10 because the service was great and above and beyond. Me and my wife had been looking for an ring since the beginning of this month and no ring really caught my wife’s attention as much as the zale’s ring did. My wife seen this store while entering the altamonte mall and immediately dragged me in. I was familiar with zales prior to purchasing my wife’s ring so it made it a lot easier to choose. The deal were great and two of your associates at zales were very knowledgeable and helpful with my wife’s questions. They weren’t aggressive but patient and modest. Ashok and Shay helped us until the end and offered an great financing plan to acquire my wife’s ring. She’s in love with the ring and like they say a happy wife means a happy life for a husband.I am very thankful for Ashok and Shay’s help. Very friendly and generous amongst others.

My fiance and I have been looking for the perfect rings and when I walked into Zales on Friday, I found my perfect fit!! We went back on Saturday and the same woman, Alma, was helping us. She was so kind and courteous and helped as much as she possibly could. We left the store very happy and satisfied with our service. My fiances ring was the perfect size; however, mine needed to get sized down. We are scheduled to retrieve it on Monday, the 30th! I highly anticipate receiving my beautiful ring!!

The staff were very helpful and courteous when I needed to exchange an item and make an online sale. However, be aware that any online purchase takes up to *10 BUSINESS days* to SHIP - not to arrive. So unless you want to pay extra for express shipment, youll be waiting a while to get something in the mail from them.

Worst experience ever. Lily (the sales rep. older blonde with glasses) was very rude with her facial expressions and tone as if she was bothered or annoyed by helping me look up the information on my 7k$ ring I need to get inspected every 6 months ! I ended up asking for my ring back due to her poor customer service skills. Whats funny is I planned on shopping for our wedding bands today, but after that experience Zales will not be getting my business.
