Waited over a month for a update on my car. Had to call them to find out what was going on with my car. Told they were looking for a cheaper part but I never asked them to. Already knew how much the part was. Didnt even fix the major issue I took it in for. Definitely my last time there. Customer sery is terrible.

Went for oil change. 5 qts. synthetic oil and Filter charged me $97.74. Check Dealer in State College $79.95 most other places $49.99. Went back and talked to Scott who referred me to woman in office who got nasty when I questioned price. Dont mind paying but dont like to be cheated either. Will not go back.
