I just switched over to Cricket and had a call issue with my phone. I called tech support several times and no luck. The gentleman working at the store on 8/24 was so amazing and got my phone working!! It was such a relief! Definitely needs a raise!

I went to this store by Walmart this morning. Being honest its cold and rainy and its just been a terrible day. The girl working greeted me with a big smile and not only fixed my phone issues but made jokes, helped me laugh, and now Im having lunch with my wife and she told me the girls name is Tarah and she also had a wonderful experience with her the other day! I went to this places yesterday after boost mobile RIP me off the lady in the store help me out big time and the manager was very nice professional I never been with cricket and they are better then boost and I get single every were in my house and they will help you out thank you cricket you earn a new coumster.

Staff leads you into store with post on facebook promising one phone.. Until you arrive after a two hours drive to be told they dont have it anymore. Left a real sour taste in my mouth. Was gonna get 5 lines switched.. Not anymore.. Least not that branch.. You tried to bait n switch the wrong guy

Im from Pittsburgh and just recently moved to Blair County. I was having trouble with another service provider and decided to go with cricket. I had a very complex situation regarding my current provider and it was becoming a problem I didnt think I could ever solve. However, after calling this cricket store and speaking with Tarrah (who was extremely patient with me) I saw that a solution was found. Tarrah helped me optimize my bill for 3 lines for 90/month, and its unlimited data which is nice because for 3 lines on my other provider I was paying 192 after tax and surcharges. My service is excellent. Tarrah also went the extra mile for me along with her manager and they informed me on a phone I was interested in. I got it at a good price and I am a satisfied customer. Give them a try if your provider doesnt seem to be what you signed up for.
