Pa’je made the entire experience easy. Her knowledge and willingness to help me was refreshing after having a hard experience at the Logan town center store. She took the time to look at my bill and find me a better option without even asking her to and helped me set up my new iPhone and watch when the other store just handed me everything and sent me on my way for my husbands. I appreciated her friendly demeanor and I will definitely be using her for my future visits into a Verizon store.

Went into store a week or so ago. I had to calm down before doing this. We did not have masks on due to medical reasons. The girl at the desk was speaking to me politely. Then a tall brown man busted through the back door demanding the masks get put on to be in the store. He never even looked at us. Just kept running to the exit door. Needless to say, we both walked out to never return. Best Buy has way better service, hence they have our families and friends service. Way to not care about your customers. Huge thumbs down 👎

We stopped getting phones at this Verizon location quite awhile ago—not sure when it switched from a Verizon store to an authorized dealer, but a new phone was needed in our family and my husband ordered it for pick up at this location as it was the only one close with the phone. We ordered for in store pick up because getting phones delivered is also such a hassle. This should have been easy, and said all he needed was his driver’s license to pick it up. And of course it was also a hassle in store. We received a notification that it was ready to pick up and headed to the store. First they said they didn’t have it. Then finally realized in fact, they did. Then they were charging him—which it was already paid for. It seemed as soon as he told them he ordered it online, then everything became 100 times more difficult. They kept telling him PIN numbers were wrong and his social security number was wrong and just so much nonsense—which again, the online order said all that was needed was a driver’s license to pick the order up.

Corinne the operations manager at the altoona store in Pennsylvania was excellent...direct, to the point and got us exactly what we wanted and needed!!! Great Job!!! Thanks so much!!!

Took my granddaughter to the Logan Valley Mall. Originally, I was going to get her screen fixed on her IPhone, I stopped at the Verizon Store and spoke with Matt, who gave me lots of suggestions. I decided to get her the Iphone 8, and he showed me how to save more money and get her the IPhone 10. She is one happy young lady. Matt D was so patient, and answered all of her questions, as she was concerned about losing her data. All went well. Thank you Matt D for taking so good care of us.
