We purchased a new hot tub from Greenwood Pools after being pleased with the company and a swimming pool purchase 25 years ago.Staff were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. All of our questions were immediately answered by the sales associate or another expert they retrieved.Delivery and installation was completed within 3 days of us calling with confirmation we were prepared to receive.Installers were extremely polite and knowledgeable - ensuring we knew how to operate all features and patient with multiple questions.Overall, we are extremely pleased return customers.

We open and close our own pool but always go to Greenwood for supplies we may need or want They are conveniently located, friendly, have everything we need, and any issue we’ve had they’ve always had the answer and knowledge to help us. Great people. Great business.

We went to this business due to issues with our hot tub. The FLO light came on a couple of weeks ago, then we drained tub & installed new filters (from another business)..now 2 weeks here we are with the same problem. We needed help & had no one to advise us. So we stopped at Greenwood Pools & Spas. Jenelle was really helpful, explaining that possibly the filters we purchased were not the right size. We bought new ones & also filter cleaner for maintaining the filters. Unfortunately the problem remains but given her enthusiasm for wanting to help we will be going back...

The ladies here are friendly, knowledgable, and attentive. Sounds cliche, but they really are. Im only in there a few times a year and they recognize me by name - even in a mask. Water testing and printouts are thoroughly explained and they genuinely care to help. All around good service.

We purchased a hot tub in October. It had foam from almost the very beginning. The staff at the office were very helpful with tips on how to get rid of it but it continued. Randy sent Scott to our house 3x a week for about 3 weeks testing water, changing it out trying to fix the problem without permanent results. We finally decided to exchange the tub because the foam just wouldn’t go away. Randy helped us through this process & a new tub was delivered yesterday. Everyone goes over & above to help customers. Highly recommended for any pools or spa needs!

Janelle Lee was super helpful and informative with product knowledge as helped us find the right Traeger Grill for our needs. She thoroughly overviewed the grill and possible accessories. We will definitely return for all of our supplies!!!!

The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced! Their hours don’t line up with google, the employees all acted like I was inconveniencing them, and I feel like when I asked a few questions they were very condescending. I wanted to be a customer here, but after my experience with them I will take my business elsewhere and would suggest others do the same.

After being there several times with them testing my water for my spa and getting excellent service when it came time to get a a new grill/smoker. I knew where to go. And again very knowledgeable and informative and was able to answer every question that I could possibly come up with. Today I purchased a Traeger Timberline 1300 series.

What an awesome transaction given the current COVID conditions. Talked to Tina several months ago about the different models of hot tubs available. She was very knowledgeable and completely transparent with the limited supply and extended lead times on getting tubs from Manufacturer. Once the shipment arrived and I made my final decision, they provided me with a detailed installation guide and the sub electrical components. Once I had the rough in completed I called to schedule delivery and install. Scott and the install guys did an awesome job. Handled the tub with all the necessary care during moving into place. Crew had great personalities and enjoyed some great conversations during Install. How to operate tub was explained and demonstrated very well. Then the follow up water testing and exact chemical plan was awesome. Great experience! Can’t wait to talk about pool install!

Pool was closed yesterday(9/15/20). The workers called me before they came and got all the tasks done in a timely manner. Called a lady answered the phone Im asking her about my pump and wanted someone to come out and take a look cause I have no clue on what Im doing with this pool I bought the house with the pool it wasnt like they wasnt going to get paid for there services if they came out telling me Im to far when I googled the address there 25 mins away like really she was rude and not helpful at all maybe u shouldnt work there if u have no idea what Im talking about maybe connect me to someone that knows never again finally I found someone that came out n my pool is awsome dont call them or go here unprofessional and rude and just to be clear I did ask to speak to the manager and she said she was the owner and regardless if someone is having a bad day they do not speak or treat there customers that way

We purchased a spa sight-unseen, and are still awaiting delivery. When we stopped by the store a few months later to ask a bunch of questions, everyone was very helpful and answered all of our technical questions so we can be properly prepared for the delivery.
