From the very beginning; from the first phone call to the office we were given great information and quality responses. We felt like all the options would have been something they took into consideration as if the install were for their own home! We were blown away by the speed and quality of the crew when they came to do the install. They were so efficient, quick but quality, and clean. They didnt leave a mess and kept us posted on the progress the entire duration of the day of install. We have dealt with our share of companies who claim to do the same job and no one compares to the Rhodes team. We are 110% satisfied and the only regret we have is not working with them sooner for our pool needs!

We just had an inground pool installed by Rhodes Pools and I cannot say enough about what an amazing job they did! Rob and his crew are knowledgeable, professional, and reliable and really went above and beyond. We had a good idea of what we wanted and they worked with us to make that happen and even added some suggestions which gave the project wonderful finishing touches. Everything turned out perfectly and exceeded our expectations! This crew worked hard, paid attention to detail and did not cut corners. Excellent QUALITY work. Anyone looking for a pool, the first and ONLY place to go is Rhodes Pools and Patios. I have been pricing Pools since January and the quotes I have received was outrageous!! Went into Rhodes today and walked out buying a pool and he was $5,000 cheaper than the other quotes I received. Jessica was very informative on the pool, set up procedure and time frame on when the pool would be installed. Thank you Rhodes Pools for an awesome experience.

All this place worries about is getting your money. I have called them numerous times to tell them my lid on my cartridge filter is leaking and PJ said that they will send me a new lid and guess what thats been almost a month ago. Then I never got half of the stuff that was included in the package deal that I paid for. As far as Im concerned I will never deal with them again there service sucks.
