Fantastic small-town store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will order parts for you and allow you to pay when they arrive. I have had a really good experience every time that I have gone in for any reason. I would not hesitate recommend them to anyone.

I had to stop in today because my windshield wiper snapped in half during our October ice storm. Holly was so nice, friendly, and helpful. She aided me in getting a good quality pair of wipers for my van and then was kind enough to put them on, since I am recovering from surgery on my hand. I love auto zone. We had a battery still under warranty go bad and they installed a new one on the spot.

Site is in dire need of a refresh. Store is dirty most of the time and poorly lit inside. Most of the staff are not following corporate Covid policies and prevention measures.

I called twice and asked If they tested starters and starter solenoids and this woman manager hung up on me twice without even trying to answer my question

1984 pontiac fiero that I have been engine swapping with a 1999 grand prix 3.8L supercharged motor and am months into fine tuning the build. Called in just asking for VERY specific parts that I needed(undersized rod bearings, absolutely not ideal but covid significantly hindered my ability to do what I desire to this car. Autozone has been my go to since I was 15. No prior certified mechanic experience and didnt have an automotive inclined parent, so I have had to do everything on my own or with the help of friends(thats slang for Autozone). That being said, I had yet to experience a company employee from any sector(government or civilian) that showed GENUINE interest and very wise advice towards a seemingly innocuous and irrelevant issue that directly affected a project that was very close to my heart... and i got all that from a random employee who i couldnt give a vin number to. Daniel happened to answer the phone. He showed genuine FRIENDSHIP in discussion. He didnt warn me about potentially selecting the wrong parts for the job, but rather asked me twice for my vin so that HE could absolutely make sure I had the right parts to do the job properly. I then had to explain that I didnt have the vin unfortunately, because I ordered the engine around a year ago and installed it into a vehicle that was never meant to handle said configuration. That made him light up over the phone which completely made my week, especially since I spun a bearing earlier that day. That showed me Daniel not only understands automotive parts and internal mechanics, but also people. Daniel is the kind of employee that creates a much higher standard of customer satisfaction across the board. If I was a superior who had failed to recognize his value as an asset to the auto enthusiast I would SERIOUSLY reconsider my field of work.**** I also understand that replacing the spun bearings with undersized bearings is not a true fix to the problem. I intend to do a full performance rebuild however unfortunately COVID has significantly prohibited me from obtaining the finances to do so🥲🥲🥲🥲🙃🙃🙃

The staff here are immensely helpful and knowledgeable, I called ahead to make sure the air filter I needed for my car was available they assured me it was. As soon as entered, I was greeted, and I had an associate assist me very quickly, he dispensed knowledgeable expertise and found the filter I needed! Additionally he was even very patient and understanding while my pup, who is in training, put her paws on the counter seeking attention. And even helped me install the new air filter while I put my pup in the car. And he took my used oil for recycling after closing my hood!

My trip was fine. There were no problems at all. I usually give a store 3 stars as long as it is a normal experiemce. I am moving my rating to a 4 star since they cared enough to respond and see if they could improve anything.

Staff went above and beyond to help me. I have a torn ACL and cant really get around good. They came out to my car and carried my battery in to test it. They tested it and carried it back out to my car for me. Thank you folks!
