So happy with the service I received! Whenever my Jeep had a light come on, I call them and no matter how minor it is, they get to it very fast and always fix it on the first try! Tinted windows, lift kit, spacers on tires, and new tires! Got my Jeep back very fast and haven’t had any problems with it! They always help with even the little things! As a women it’s hard to find people who won’t try and convince you to buy more than what you need or screw you over! They have never tried to convince me to buy anything I didn’t actually need! I arrived at the first light and didn’t expect tu see anyone, but Joe was there. That mechanic fixed every single problem I had with a my axles, hubs, tires, wheels… and I thought it would cost more than I pay. Everyone was paying attention to me and my needs, the manager is a really professional business man, and all that they did, they did a lot by the way, took only a couple hours. Very disappointment in the service i received. I bought my trailer from here originally and the service was great. Fast forward 1yr 8 mths and i was having a bad vibration so i brought it in. They told me trailer was good to go so i paid and left. Almost immediately brought it back because still had a bad vibration. Turned out it was a tire i told them i was 90% sure was the problem also brakes were still very weak and they said they checked good. 2 more tires ended blowing on me and the 4th had a bulge. Their attention do detail and lack of taking care of the problems was very upsetting. Will never use again for any type of servicing.

Coming up on the 4th of July, I needed a hitch to pull my jet skis and was running out of time. I called all around and nobody wanted to work with my BMW. There are several places in Altus to purchase trailers. But Bar Circle is by far your best bet for price and quality build of the trailers. They went above and beyond to work with me and were extremely patient while I made up my mind on which one I wanted. I would highly recommend them and I will use them for any trailer repairs or future purchases.
