Will never go back. They didnt look at the problems I requested with my truck because they said they didnt have time. Charged me $240 and only changed the spark plugs during the three hours they had my truck. Had a great experience a few years ago but its total crap now.
Would have given this place five stars, if they would check the air pressure during regular maintenance. The sales department will work with you, if you are pricing vehicles with other dealerships. The service department is in my opinion good, as they will accommodate costumers needs (everything from time of day, to courtesy vehicles), and get to know their customers. Prices are typical for dealer ships.

Was here on a family gathering and I was having truck issues and the lady said that the service manager would call me back but 3 hours later and still no call what happen to customer service
After 7 weeks in their shop, my car was returned to me with visable body damage still. The first time they said it was ready, 3 weeks in the shop, it had peices hanging down, parts in the back seat and half of the dash and A/C did not work. This was thier idea of fixed, supposedly verified by their Shop Boss.They also still have the manual for my radio and in dash computer, with the folder they came in. Why did they need access to the computer that has nothing to do with the car? I spoke with the owner, Mr. Wilmes, and he said they were finished with the car, and he would check on the manuals that are missing. If you want your car fixed right, I would never go to any Wilmes Store, for any reason.Paul WarnkenDisabled Veteran
