Love the store and what they have to offer for products. The prices are great and there is a steady variety of things to browse. The store seems to pick the dregs of society for employees though, I cringe at the thought of having to interact with any of them. Not all are bad, just most.

Usually I dont interact much with employees but tonight, Kaisyn was especially helpful and kind. Great customer service.

Found items I wanted. Nice workers. Store clean and sanitation items at front of store for customers to use if want to wipe carts

We found what we need been looking around for fly spray,and we found it I like the stuff good quality of stuff.

Good old farm store. Supplies for rural living and some basic work clothes and such. Good prices.

Always Helpful, Friendly & Fast. I like to go for pet supplies.

We bought an umbrella and literally opened it as we were walking out and it was broken and we went inside to either exchange it or get our money back and the employees acted like we were crazy and that we broke it. It took 4 people to OK us to get our refund and then they were still rude. The manager wouldnt even look or talk to us and was very put off by us asking for a refund on a broken umbrella.

A good amount of everything here. From yard stuff, tack and feed, clothes, toys, jewelry, shoes, etc. The staff is super nice. They even have baby chicks!

Seem to always have issues with bad service here or my card not wanting to work at this place but it will work everywhere else.

Found what I needed couldbt find an employee to help me. Cashiers to busy talking to each other to wait on customers. I tried to tell the cashier something 3 times and she acted like I was bothering her. Neither one were interested in their jobs at all. Atwoods seems to have the worst employees anywhere. Thats why I only go there 1 every couple of years. Next time Ill go to Fox.

Mediocre at best. Bought 5 pairs of pajama pants. All marked Large. 3 were way too large and 2 were a bit small. All the same brand. Usually I can buy my size without trying anything on there. Pretty sure they are buying seconds.

A little pricey on some things, great prices on others. Employees for most part good. Was looking at deer feeders and a couple walked by and didnt acknowledge us, but thats kind of ok. Im not fond of shopper stalkers. Will be back

Atwoods has always been a steady supply of good quality plants and trees. I also have purchased dog food and cat food as well as bird food from this place with no problem of quality or prices. Their selection continues to grow, they even carry some wonderful leather furniture now. You can buy boots, Levis cowboy, hats, saddles tractor parts, welding equipment, they have as you can see quite a variety of items. The folks there are always polite friendly and as helpful as you would need. I enjoy shopping there.

They stopped what they were doing to help me find some spurs to go with my belmont boots and even help me get them fitted. Outstanding service, with quick efficiency!

OUTSTANDING STORE......They have EVERYTHING, no matter if you are a man or woman. The store is like a Tractor Supply on steroids. I loved my visit.

Was not Good. VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE OR MANAGEMENT.l ASKED A YOUNG MAN IF HE COULD HELP ME. AFTER HE HELPED ME. HE GOT IN TROUBLE FOR HELPING ME IN FRONT OF A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT WAS THERE. I TOLD HER THAT HE WAS HELPING ME. SHE REPLIED HE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT. JUST WOW.

Being close to my home I use this store to buy many things I need for projects around the outside. I like how clean and friendly it is here.

Its a farm supply store. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is self service, but if you need help, just ask. They are really nice. If you are local, you probably know the people working in the store anyway. :)

Clean but its Walmart...always shop there and checkout clerks are always friendly.

Have everything I need for my animals, work and cute clothes for my kids. Free popcorn and the chicks and ducklings are very well cared for with food, fresh water and plenty of space

Very good selection of work boots

Went there looking for replacement parts for a swing set...rope and chain and rope clamps. Looked around but couldnt find them. Worker helped me find all the required parts, cut rope and chains to required lengths and located clamps for me. VERY helpful and customer service oriented

I love going to Atwoods but if you need help? Good luck with that. I have to stroll around everywhere in the back looking for someone before I finally go up front having to request someones help. Its a bit annoying but I love the store.

I live in rural az and we shop on the internet for lack of stores. So when we come to visit family here in altus my favorite store is Atwoods. That being said.... not sure if management has changed or what is going on but, I went in Saturday and the customer service was not good. The lady didnt even respond back when we asked to have the dressing room opened. Everyone has a bad day and I marked it up to that. Well we went back on sunday and different staff but still no smile very I dont want to be here persona but at least when asked a question she was polite and answered. Its time to bypass management and ask the staff what the problem is. I have never experienced this at Atwoods in the last 6 years of shopping there. Something has changed and Im sorry for that.

Awesome, as I made my way through the store 3 employees ask me could they help me find something and directed me in the direction of what I was looking for. One employee even went to retrieve an item I was looking for. Ive never experienced that at Walmart. They have horse blinders on and dont look up. A customer might ask them a question. Cashier acted like he was going to die being there. I even had to grab a bag and bag my own items. Then handed me my reciept like he was doing me a favor. Horrible customer service!

Atwoods has just about anything you need for home, ranch and garden. They also have a great selection of boots and western wear.

The store is not what it was in years past. The inventory has dwindled, and if you are doing a home project its best to not make it your first stop, because more times than not they will not have even basic items.
