Did diagnostic on transmission, very informative about the outcome.

R. Moore, owner of. ‘Moore Transmission’, is a “ Gentleman, and a Scholar”. I dropped off my Jeep, not knowing what this noise was, never having been there before, I was monetarily at Mr. Moore’s mercy. After a couple of days of diagnostics, he determined this noise was not coming from the transmission at all. So not only did he save me 4 grand, that he would’ve gotten, he also informed me that the bill I racked up with him in the last couple of days, was nothing, zero, no dollars!I didn’t get a chance to tell him, after driving my Jeep back home, that whatever they did during dis or re-assembly, also fixed whatever that wretched noise was... woohoo!Highly recommended!!!!!

Dropped off our 2012 Dodge charger this past Friday 10/26/18 afternoon because it wouldnt shift out of first gear. They had it diagnosed in 2 hours and fixed by Monday afternoon. The car now shifts better than it did before the issue had came up. This shop will be my go to for transmission work.

509 miles from home & was having issues with my new transmission installed by someone else. Called & asked if they could do a relearn on the transmission tcm & what it would cost. All the other shops in the area either could not do it or wanted to charge me a arm & leg for a 20 min procedure, these guys offered to do it for free considering the circumstances me & my family was in. If I lived closer I would give these guys all my business. Excellent customer service!

I started off asking Ronnie if he would be willing to do what most shops wont. Build a re5r05a 5spd to handle 600+ rwhp. Couldnt be happier I made the decision to use him. I was referred by someone I met at the drag strip who happened to have his 5spd built by Ronnie. Not only is he local, keeping me from having to ship my transmission to NJ. But he is a hard working guy who believes in the old way of doing things. Being honest with people and standing by his work. Thanks again Ronnie!

Very honest made repairs in a timely manner at a fair price

I was told $3500 to rebuild my transmission with some upgrades and called back up there to double check and told me it could be up to $8500 and then called me a liar when I told them what they quoted me the first time. If the lie about that what else would they lie about?

They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Definitely recommended

Went there yesterday for a Transmission Flush and Fill and they did a great job and did not charge us an arm and a leg for it too.
