Superlative. Definition is above all others or that of highest caliber. Superlative is an excellent description for the service and availability of items that you can find in the store. It also can describe this businesses staff. Today my interaction with Kate was beyond most other establishments capacity for professionalism, knowledge, and helpfulness. Too many times Ive gone to stores and the staff is just barely there trying to burn up the clock and take little interest or care into my needs or have any kind of knowledge about a product when I have questions. Kate offered to help me with everything. She answered every question I had and even showed me new things that I didnt know about products that I have been using for a long time. I would like to thank Kate and the owners of this establishment for an experience that is all too rare these days. And if their staff is even half as competent as Kate was then they have a long and prosperous future. Thank you very much.

I always come to the R&R outlet to stock up on my juices once a month. The prices are low enough to test out new brands and flavors without taking too much of a hit if I end up not liking something.I highly recommend the outlet especially if youre on a budget.

Poor customer service, wouldnt take back a bowl that was never used. I wasnt even given a receipt at time of purchase. Not a good way to keep customers. Will not recommend to anyone.

Everytime i go in there I am greeted like a longtime friend. The employees are knowledgeable and funny. Even though the shop is geared more toward a lax lifestyle the professionalism of the staff and manager is of the highest caliber. If they do not have what youre looking for the will try to help you find it. Do not waste your time looking for a better establishment because you will not find one. Would rate 100 stars if the option was here. (Also the negative comments here were when the shop was owned by another party so bear that in mind)

Great prices, friendly staff and decent selection. It would be better if they didnt sell tattoo equipment to scumbag kitchen scratchers who then go endanger public health, but I get the desire to take advantage of their stupidity to line ones pockets.
