Bought a hyde bar here for 20 dollars. It would not hold a charge and it was burnt tasting i told the staff that I needed to either exchange or get discounted on the next one i show up to receive a 2 dollar discount and my total was 24 dollars after the discount so how did it go from 20 to 27 dollars in a week? I would much rather go to redrum where they are 19 dollars and the price never changes if i have an issue redrum always makes right on it.

And hes sooooo knowledgeable about ALL of the products --- so impressed with my experience w/ my new buddy Ryan !! I would hire him in a New York minute to work at my business!!!!!

Im new in town and this was the first place I tried out. Both Kate and Matt were very knowledgable and helpful in everything that I had questions about. They have a great selection of everything from glass to wraps. I havent stopped at any other shops, but dont think Im going to have to go anywhere else. Great service and cool rewards program. A testament to the way businesses should be operated. Friendly, funny, knowledgeable staff. Great selection and pricing. The only negative is sometimes they run out of specific goods but have alternatives readily available. Other than that a superlative establishment with employees of the highest caliber!

Im sending a big Thank You to the staff. They were polite and very conscientious yesterday. After I dropped my credit card and it was stolen by another patron, the staff here were quick to be helpful and work with Alvin PD to identify the thief. He and his girlfriend were caught a few hours later.

They have a large selection of vapes and accessories. BUT whoever the guy is that runs the place or owns it. Not sure. (Middle Eastern Man) Is rude as hell. I called for a specific item, they didnt have it in stock. Which is fine. I then proceeded to ask him another question for a different product and he had already hung up. I called back to ask him, he answered. I asked why he hung up, then he mumbled something. Couldnt understand him. Then he hung up on me again. Pretty terrible way to treat a customer. Especially one that has spent a few hundred dollars there. Ill never use their business again. Like I said, they do have a large variety. But I wont give them another dime after that. I reccomend Blu Spot down the road in Santa Fe.

Normally this place gets between a 3.5 and a 4 but the Guy working today is a complete waste. Not only did he have an attitude from the time he answered the phone but until the end of the transaction where he still did not check me out correctly. One bad transaction has lost a customer. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.

I provided information that what they were selling was double over market price when my wife was asking for the particular vape item. I ended up leaving after they would not correct their system pricing, went to a different local smoke shop and got the same item for over 60 percent cheaper.

Went at 9:50 pm they did not open for me and there was 2 employees just sitting there

Ripped me off, got the wrong coils ($14) Nautilus coil,f one location then this one would not give me my money back but still took the other coils, proceeded to give me the correct coils and over charged me for those ($10), so thanks for ripping off 20 whole dollars now ik for next time that theyre only $5,breeze coils
