After long shift with patients and not eating all day on Saturday August 28, I was looking forward to eating finally. I got to Dairy queen at 9:40 plenty of time before closing to get some food. I was informed that the kitchen was closed and they were only serving ice cream. I asked may I ask why, she said because they werent paid enough to stay past 10 pm. I will not be back customer service is horrible there anyway. If I did that, I would get fired.
We had a good time playing the slots and eating, the food was good. We will be back again.
Had the greatest experience here. The drive thru worker (Carlee) was very respectful and treated me very kindly! Highly recommend this location due to her alone !!!
The food was not good. The meat was hard and cold. The employees were very sweet though. We probably wont be back as that was quite a bit of money for poor quality food.
We wanted some cold ice cream in this hot summer heat so of course we go to dairy queen. We got there and ordered our ice cream. I got an Ice cream cone. I was handed a already MELTED ice cream cone. As soon as we got out of the dairy queen parking lot it was dripping ALL. OVER. ME!It was all over the seat, all over my leg, and shorts!! This experience was so bad! All the other times it wasnt bad I dont what happened this time. It wasnt even edible it was dripping everywhere.
Got steak finger basket was delicious, just wished the gravy cup would have been full.
Alvin Dairy Queen has went down hill in the last year or two... Their burgers always taste burnt, fries come out warm at best, usually no napkins or ketchup... Blizzards usually come out about 3/4 full and if Im paying $4 or $5 dollars for a cup of ice cream, it should be full... Probably one of the problems is it appears that most of the time the oldest employee is maybe 17...About tired of this place and going to start going elsewhere..
We like to go there for the ice creams they offer. If you like a blizzard you are at the right place, if you like a banana split, go for it, it is great. I can recommend sundaes as well....
Service was horrible, not only did we wait 20 minutes for 3 blizzards but when we received them they were wrong.. during our 20 minute wait we watched as one employee frantically ran around trying to do everything as 3 other employees casually walked around doing absolutely nothing.. our blizzards were corrected at no cost and the young lady who took care of that was very apologetic which was appreciated but we will NOT go back there ever!

The food was very hot and fresh, but the coun ter girl was terribly cold.I pointed out to her that I had been overcharged based on the prices on the menu above her head.She said its not correct, the correct price is whats in the register.Well how would I know what price that is? She wouldnt give me my money back or make an effort to correct the mistake.So FYI If you order the Alaskan Pollack basket for 7.99 you will pay 8.79.I gave them two stars for hot food.But I will not be returning.
Normally I have no issues but my recent order tasted very old. Got the steak finger basket and everything tasted like it had been cooked or reheated in burnt oil. My tea was sour and tasted like mildew. The gravy was way thicker and lumpy than how it usually is. Nothing was really edible. Ended up tossing everything out.
98% of the time good. Burgers and chicken strips. Service good and quick.

Went thru drive thru...got order wrong... also told us they were out of all artificial sweetener.Had to go inside to correct order and there on the table sat the artificial sweetner.French fries were cooked in very old oil...tasted terrible.

We live 2 minutes from DQ and when we got our order home burgers and frys were 🥶 cold and had no flavor. Never again!
Nachos where burnt..food sloppily prepared. Disappointed.
The DQ is conveniently located on Highway 🛣 6. The take out services are quick, easy, & friendly.

The team here is very friendly. Would have given 5 stars but the young lady working the window was too busy laughing and joking with the cooks to take orders properly. You could hear them joking and see them horsing around through the window. Wouldnt put that team together agajn.

5 Stars for the awesome service I received! The man at the counter was so nice and accommodating when i ordered a large chicken & dumpling for my friend who was stuck in the hospital and craving them.
The fries and toast and gravy were great but was not that crazy about the steak fingers. They were a bit dry.
They have the greatest chocolate shakes and ice cream cones.

We did not have a very good experience from the moment we walked in. The customers in front of us turned and said, weve been here 10 minutes and havent even ordered, then immediately walked out. We took the chance and stay since we only wanted dessert. It took a few minutes for the employee to come and take our order. We both ordered dipped cones. It took about 5 minutes to get them. While we waited, it was obvious that the other customers were frustrated. One family sternly asked an employee where their order was... another asked for napkins since he was never given any. I hope this was just a bad day and they were under staffed. If not, they might need to retrain and work on awareness.

Slow, TERRIBLY SLOW!! Been here only 3 times and honestly never left sooner than 28 mins in drive-through. Went in once and waited just to have the ice cream 1/3melted, opened container and it poured all over my shirt and pants. DAIRY QUEEN, HIRE SOME PEOPLE WHO CAN WORK!!!

My wife desperately wanted to get a treat so we grabbed our granddaughter and headed to DQ. It had a few families there mostly eating meals when we got there but it wasnt terribly busy. Does Repose Discounters you have a young lady stop what she was doing and come up to service. She was very polite and nice. She gave us an order number and have us choose a seed and very quickly brought out our treats. Did the funny thing where they put the blizzard upside down to show how thick it was and gave me my granddaughter our ice cream cones. We just have to go back to the counter to get napkins but other than that everything was great. Had a good treat and a good time
Happen to be in the area and just had to go there and get that sweet ice cream strawberry chocolate blizzard it was a good day for one.

Ordered 2 cones and it took 25 minutes and the lady that took my order walked right pass me and left while I stood at the end of the counter waiting.the sign on the door says help wanted 10.00 an hour. well for 10.00 an hour it shouldnt take 25 minutes to get 2 cones.
Old school belt buster ...fried chicken with white milk gravy.... Lettuce tomato onion pickle on my hamburger / cheeseburger and they even got red velvet cake blizzards

Fast, great service. The food was hot and fresh and the mini blizzards my kids ordered were overflowing and full! They also thought it was cool that the employee turned it upside down, a lot of DQs dont do that anymore.

Been trying to get a Misty freeze lime for four months. Cashier said machine was down for weeks and so often freezes over they cant use it. I just want my favorite childhood slushie!

Order was placed online. Went to pick up and found out that there online system wasnt plugged in. Waited another 20 or so minutes for food that was incorrect and luke warm.

Always been a 3 star. Price is a little high though! A large coke, in a cup for $3.50? A small coke float $3.75? REALLY??? IM Not a rich man, but Im not stupid either.

The service is TRASH and so is the food. First off, the woman that took my order obviously doesn’t like her job. Miss thing had an attitude that made me want to jump through the screen. The lady at the window that handed me my food was no better. I took one bite of my burger, spit it out, and threw it away. I wouldn’t even feed my dog this. This entire establishment is a joke and GROSS. As for the workers with the nasty attitudes, get new jobs if you don’t like yours.

Driving down HWY 6 decided to get a dipped cone since the drive-thru line was short. Cashier took my payment and after a few minutes asked me to move up and she would bring the ice cream to me. Waited. Then went inside for the one item that I ordered. It was dripping and made very tacky...chunked it. I know what location NOT stop at smh
Ordered two burgers with all the fixings however only received catsup.
Generally fast service. I’ve had one issue where I ordered a strawberry sundae and they told me to pull up to the next window. I waited for almost 10 minutes and held up the line behind me because no one could go around. Besides that one incident, every other visit has been good.
Terrible hamburger terrible fries dairy Queens are not like they used to be their food has gotten to be just like Frozen thought out fries and the meat is just not what it used to be
My hamburger had a huge square chunk missing out of the center..obviously cut with spatula. No flavor and half the fries were missing. I only saw three people working..line was long and not moving. Noticed that only front cashier had mask on but not the other workers. Should have driven to la porte dq....they are the best dq in texas.

Got here 20 min till 10pm....they decided to stopped taking orders at 9:51pm. Needless to say I left empty handed.
