Needed work done on our Winegard..Spoke to the lady in the office..No issues that day..Started calling few days later to find out when could get the work done.. Completely ignored our phone calls... Ignored our emails and texts. Left several messages and never once returned our phone calls.. Had to make the 120 mile 1 way drive to physically go back in and talk to her.. All she said was Im sorry. Asked y she couldnt return any of our messages and she informed us i already told you i was sorry... never again will we use them...
